Tonight,I am feeling pretty good.I had a very smooth working day today.My hours at work were reduced because a new trainee was starting today.I now have Friday mornings free.I still have to work Friday afternoons.But I am still working and proud of it.It is just that I now do the pick ups in the afternoon rather than the morning.I am actually happy that we have a new person on the job.The more the merrier.I wished him the best of success with the job.
Last night,the Buffalo Sabres were victorious.They defeated the New York Islanders by a score of 4-1.Of course,this is just Game 1 but the win made me happy.Another win tomorrow night would make me really happy.
Tomorrow night,I am also going to sing for the crowd.I always look forward to entertaining the crowd with my singing.I am hoping to try out a couple of new songs tomorrow night.I am hoping that the night goes well.
I also have to say that today,I hardly said anything angry to myself.That made me feel pretty good.Tomorrow,I am hoping to go through another day without doing so.If I succeed,that will be great.I know that I have to take it one day at a time.If I succeed one day,I have another day to try and succeed.
Nothing negative happened today.I am glad about that.I am hoping that nothing negative happens tomorrow.

Tonight,I am feeling okay.I had a pretty smooth work day.Despite a minor setback,the day was pretty smooth.I also had a pretty easy pick-up day.There was no mess to clean up where I have to pick it up.Again,it was a pretty smooth day.
Right now,I have the game on.The Buffalo Sabres are playing tonight hosting the New York Islanders in Buffalo.This is the very first game of this playoff series for both teams and it is a very much anticipated series.The game is sold out and the game is about to start.I am hoping that the Sabres can start it off on a positive note by winning the first game.That would be neat.Again,this is the very first game in the series and I am hoping for a win.
Right now,I am sitting down and relaxing.It is a pretty fair night with the weather being only a tad cold around my neck of the woods.I am hoping that the weather warms up very soon.I am getting sick and tired of this cold weather.We are supposed to be in the season of Spring but it does not feel like it.No it does not.Again,I am hoping that weather warms up soon because I am getting sick of this cold weather.
Tomorrow is another work day.I am hoping that the day goes by smoothly.After that,it's the weekend.I can hardly wait for that.I will be singing up a storm on Saturday night.

Tonight,I am feeling okay tonight.I went to my support group meeting at the church and the meeting was wonderful.I had a wonderful time talking with the men in the group and getting a lot out of it.The men all shared their stuff and were authentic in the way the spoke about themselves and that was rewarding in itself.It was just a great meeting and I enjoyed every minute of it.It was fantastic hearing the men and being heard by them.I am looking tforward to next weeks meeting and I am hoping that it is as wonderful as this one.Maybe it will be even better.You never know.
The reason I am feeling okay is because I was hoping to check my e-mail for some last minute messages and to journal my day today on here before turning in.But when I got home,I got a rude awakening.My niece,who was picking up her kids after she was done with work,was on it checking her e-mail.This is something that I do not really mind.I know that she hardly has any time due to her overly busy work schedule but even after my mom told her not to shut it down,she does so anyway.That really made me a little edgy.I had to wait for a few minutes while the computer shut down due to the installation of new updates to the program.Not only that,after shutting it down,I had to turn it back on and manually delete any pop ups that come whenever I have to turn it on for my own use.I also have to manually turn the firewall program because that turns off whenever the computer is shut down.At the momoent,the installed programs are working correctly.I will still be doing a scan at the end of the week.You never know what could be on your personal computer until you scan and see if something is wrong.I am hoping that nothing is wrong.
Today at work,it was a pick up day but there was a mess.This mess was not as bad as other messes that I have endured in the past but I still had to clean it.There was simply too much laundry in one bag so I had to seperate some laundry and put it in a new bag.Not too bad.
Tomorrow night,the Buffalo Sabres playoff series against the New York Islanders starts.I am hoping that Buffalo Sabres can eliminate the Islanders.

Tonight,I am feeling okay.I had a nice talk with a friend of mine who lives in the city where I live and he's doing okay.Him and his girlfriend have two little kittens who they named after the main characters of The Dukes Of Hazzard,which I thought was kinda funny.Again,he is doing good.I am glad that he is.I always like to hear that a friend is doing good.It also makes me feel good.
Today was another work day.The work day went by smoothly.Nothing really negative to write about tonight.I simply had a typical day.I did my job and when I was done,I went home.Again,a typical day on the job.
Tomorrow is simply a pick-up day.I have to pick up the laundry tomorrow morning and make sure that the afternoon person has something to do.I have the rest of the day off to relax and take it easy.Tomorrow night is another meeting with my support group at the church.I am hoping that the meeting goes well.The meetings have been doing me a lot of good since I have been going to them.The men are a swell bunch and it's great that they listen to a single word I say without being judgemental or even overly critical.I am glad to have found out about this group and I am also glad that I am a part of it.I always thank that friend of mine in Texas for telling me about it.It is really super to have people listen to you and offer you advice whenever necessary.Again,it has been doing me a lot of good and I always look forward to every meeting every Wednesday night.

Tonight,I am feeling great.I had a wonderful day today out thrift shop hopping.It was fantastic.I found a lot of great stuff.
The best thing that I found were a whole bunch of Elvis Presley 45's.They were all in very good shape.I have never seen or even found so many records by "The King Of Rock & Roll".That was the great find of the day.I did find some other nice things.I managed to find a few more hard to find records.I found all of these at a Salvation Army thrift shop in Buffalo.I did manage to find some nice clothes as well.But those Elvis Presley records were the find of the day.I was so overjoyed.I now have a whole bunch of valuable records in my 45 r.p.m. collection.I also went to am Amvets store and I found some more great stuff,including more clothes.I had a terrific day.It was awesome.
I found out early this morning on the news that the Buffalo Sabres playoff series against the New York Islanders starts on Thursday.The Sabres will be hosting the Islanders in Buffalo as part of the home ice advantage that they have due to the fact that the won the President's Trophy this season for having the best record in the league.Plus,this is also a first in the history of the team.The Sabres have never won that trophy until now.Still,it is a great thing for the Sabres to have.I am really proud of them.They have overcome a lot of terrible obstacles to get where they are.I hope that they can eliminate the Islanders.
Before I went thrift shop hopping today,I did manage to pay the guy for the car that I am buying.The car is now officially mine.Before I put it on the road,my mechanic has to put some much needed minor repair on it.I am not in a hurry.He can take his time.

Happy Easter,Everybody
Tonight,I am feeling okay.It was a wonderful Easter today.We had a nice family dinner here at my mother's house today.My sister and her family came over to eat and it was pretty good.My nephews and I watched the final regular season Buffalo Sabres game with them.The Sabres lsot 4-3 in Philadelphia to the Flyers but I was not very disappointed.This game was actually a type that you'd call a "meaningless game."The Buffalo Sabres are President's Trophy winners and they are going to have home ice advantage throughout the playoffs.This means that they will start playing at home for the first two games of every series throughout their playoff run.I have also learned that the Buffalo Sabres will be playing against the New York Islanders in the first round.The Islanders will be coming to Buffalo to play the Sabres in the first round.Officially,the NHL playoffs start on Wednesday.But I am not sure when the Sabres are going to start their playoff run.I am going to keep checking the Sabres website over the next few days to see when they start in their playoff run.I am hoping for the Sabres to eliminate the Islanders.
After the dinner,we had some nice talks with hardly any negative happening with the exception of my sister meddling in my personal stuff by asking what I was doing in my room upstairs all the time I was up there.I felt that she had no right asking a question like that.I always dislike it when you invite relatives over for dinner and they start meddling in your personal life. Just because you invite them over doesn't mean that it's an invitation to be meddlesome.The best thing is to mind your own business and don't ask no personal questions,especially those that meddle in your personal stuff.But then again,you can't always expect people,including relatives,to do just that.There are always going to be meddlesome relatives no matter what.Thank goodness that holidays,like Easter,come only once a year.
Right now,I am now relaxing at home.The weather is COLD tonight.I am hoping that the cold weather ends soon.It's supposed to be Spring but it doesn't feel like it.Again,I am hoping that it ends soon.I am sick of the cold weather.
Last night,I went to entertain the crowd and it was yet another success.I had another blast entertaining the crowd.The crowd really enjoyed the songs that I sang last night and that gave me a great feeling.I really enjoy what I do and this always motivates me.I look forward to next week even more.
Tomorrow morning,I will be meeting with the guy who is selling his car to me.I am hoping that the meeting goes well.I am really going to appreciate this new used car.It will make my job a little easier.

Tonight,I am feeling good,hopeful & optimistic.Today was a pretty good day.I ran some last minute errands for my mother because tomorrow is the holiday and my mother wanted to make sure that everything is going right.She wanted everything to be superb and fitting if not perfect.I ran the errands and I even did a few things for myself alongside the errands.The cold weather did little to dull my spirits today as I did what I had to do.The only drawback was the the stores were really busy and full of people all doing last minute shopping because most of the stores will be closed tomorrow.This is always the same every year.No matter what holiday it is.The stores are always full with last minute shoppers and the store traffic ranges from treacherous to severe.It is always "Excuse Me,I Would Like To Get By." whenever a holiday always falls anytime.It doesn't matter what holiday it is.There will always be some last minute shoppers trying to get some last minute stuff before the holiday comes around.It was pretty stressful but I did not let it get to me.I just went with the flow and I got out.The best thing out of it was that I got my errands finished and that was better than nothing.
Tonight,the Buffalo Sabres are officially the President's Cup winners.They defeated the Washington Capitals by a score of 2-0.Ryan Miller finally got a shutout after struggling all season to try and accomplish one.He has finally did it.He has his shutout.Tomorrow night,the Sabres are playing the Philadelphia Flyers in Philadelphia and they will going up against former teammate Martin Biron.This will be an interesting game.I am hoping that the Sabres will win tomorrow night over the Flyers.
Tonight,I will be singing up a storm for the crowd.I am hoping that the night goes well.I enjoy what I do.

Tonight,I am feeling okay.I had a pretty good day off today.I used my day off to help my mother out.I had really nothing else to do today so I decided to help her out today.She had a lot to do.It was great to help her out.I also managed to get a few personal things done for myself.Not a bad day.
Right now,I am at home relaxing and taking it easy.I had a very busy day and it was very rewarding.I got out today.I helped somebody in my family.I even managed to get a few things done for myself and that made me feel good.I had a wonderful day off today and it was a pleasure to get out and do a lot.Yes it was.I had a blast.It was rewarding and it was also a great way to loosen up and use my energy.
Today,I did not say angry things to myself too much.I did not do an awful lot of that today.I guess the idea of reducing my coffee consumption to 2 cups instead of having 3 cups worked.I also found that I have a lot of energy that I am not using and that could be a contributor as to why I am saying a lot of angry things to myself as of late.I felt that maybe I was consuming too much coffee,which has a lot of caffeine,and that was contributing to why I was saying angry things to myself pretending that there were people there.I still did so but not as much.I am going to give this a try for a while and see how it goes in the long run.If it continues to work,I will keep it up.
Tomorrow is the weekend.I can hardly wait for that.I am going to be singing up a storm tomorrow night and I am hoping that the night goes well.Tomorrow night,the Buffalo Sabres are going against the Washington Capitals in Washington.I am hoping for another Buffalo Sabres win.Why?Because the Sabres need one more win to become the winners of the President's Cup for the best record in the NHL.Again,I am hoping for a Buffalo Sabres win tomorrow night.

Tonight,I am having mixed emotions.Why?Because I had a really hard day today on the job.
When I arrived at the pick up point to pick up the laundry,I saw that the laundry room was another mess.It was terrible.There was laundry all over the place.I spent nearly 15 minutes picking up the laundry off the and bagging it.This really took a lot of my time away.After bagging it,I left for the work place and when I arrived,I sorted out the laundry.I then started a couple of loads and simply waited for them to get done.While waiting,I visited some people at the social club next door and talked with the a bit.After that,I went back to the basement and concentrated on my job.
Despite the frustrating start to the day,the rest of the day went by pretty smoothly and I read from my book while waiting for loads of laundry to get done.I even eat my lunch down in the basement alone so I can be there when the loads get finished.Since I have been doing this,I have not lost my temper nor have I gotten mad when something goes wrong or when somebody tries to get on my nerves.Still,I am taking my anger management and control one day at a time.If I can get through a day without getting angry and/or upset,which includes losing my temper,then that is good.There is still the next day and the day after that and so and so on and so on.
The really great thing to happen tonight is that the Buffalo Sabres are victorious again.They defeated the Boston Bruins by a score of 4-2.That really made my night.The Sabres next games are over the weekend.They will be playing that Washington Capitals on Saturday night and the Philadelphia Flyers on Sunday night.I am hoping for two more back to back wins.That would be totally neat.
Tomorrow is Good Friday.I have the day off and I will be helping my mother out tomorrow.I just have to do a couple of personal things before that.Saturday night,I am going to do my usual entertainment.I am hoping that the night goes well.

Tonight,I am feeling pretty good.It was a wonderful day for me today.I accomplished everything that I set out to do.That gives me a feeling of accomplishment and it also makes me feel good.
Today was simply a pick up day for me today.The best thing about it was that there was no mess to clean up.I simply picked up the bag of laundry and dropped it off at the work zone.No trouble at all.
I also had a great meeting with my sexual abuse support counselor.It went terrifically well.It was great to finally get a lot of steam lifted off my shoulders and my brain.I went home feeling great.I also had a wonderful meeting with my support group at the church tonight and that went wonderful as well.It was wonderful to hear stories from the other men about their week and and it was wonderful for me to talk and be heard alongside being listened to at the same time.The weather going down was decent but coming home was a chore.There was non-stop heavy snow fall on the way home.I did make it back to my hometown in one piece and it was only snowing lightly when I reached there.Again,it was a wonderful day for me.I got everything that I set out to do accomplished and that makes me feel good.
Tomorrow is a work day.I am hoping that the work day goes by smoothly.Tomorrow night,the Buffalo Sabres are hosting the Boston Bruins in Buffalo.I am hoping that Sabres can defeat the Bruins.
Friday is a holiday.So,I will have the day off from work the whole day.

Tonight,I am feeling okay.It was a pretty good day.Work went by pretty smoothly.Nothing really negative to write home about.I did my job and the rest took care of itself.I had a pretty smooth day.
I also ran a few errands for my mom today.I had to go to the bank and get some money for her and I also had to pay a bill to the bank.I also had to mail a bill out to a finance company.It was just a typical day.It went pretty smoothly and I had a pretty good day.
After dinner,I went out to get some gas because I wanted to make sure my tank was full because it is supposed to get cold tonight.I decided to do some window shopping today at a few shopping malls in my area.It was great to get out and look at a few things.I also walked around the malls for a while to get some exercise.I even talked with a few people.Nothing too special,just a few things about the Buffalo Sabres.But still,I had a pretty good time looking around the malls and walking around it to get some exercise.I even looked around at Wal-Mart and that too was fun.I even talked with a few people there as well.Again,a pretty good time was had.When I get money next time,I am going to start buying some dress shirts to go along with some suits that I have.I have been combing second hand stores for some dress shirts that are my size but have had no luck nor finding the style that I was looking for.Overall,a nice time was had.I got to get out and I even got to talk with some people.
The best thing to happen tonight was that the Buffalo Sabres are now officially Northeast Division champions.They defeated the Pittsburgh Penguins tonight by a score of 4-1 in Pittsburgh.Their next game is a home game on Thursday night when they host the Boston Bruins.Though the Sabres are diviosn champions officially thanks to tonights game,I still hope that the Sabres can pull off another victory over Boston.The Sabres still have a chance of capturing the President's Cup,which is awarded to the team who finishes first in the league when the regular season ends.
Tomorrow is simply a pick up day.I also have an appointment with my sexual abuse support counselor tomorrow afternoon and I also have my support group at the church tomorrow night.I am hoping that both of these go well.

Tonight,I am feeling okay.I had a very good day today.The weather was decent.It was a sunny day with only a few clouds.I had a very good time today.I went thrift shop hopping like I planned.I went to a couple of them in another area of Western New York.
I found some really nice clothes today.I also found some more hard to find record albums and several oldie 45's.It's hard to believe that I found some really nice clothes that actually fit me real good.I have been to some in the last several weeks over the span of Monday's that I have been going and most of what I found did not fit too good or even not at all.I have been fortunate to have found some in many of the thrift shops that I have been going to.It's great.I also manage to add a few more hard to find record albums to my ever growing collection of vinyl records and even several singles.It's fun to thrift shop hop.I am going to do it again next Monday.I really love it.It's fun.I always have a good time and I have been fortunate to find what I am looking for.
Tomorrow is another work day.I am hoping that the work day goes by pretty smoothly.The work days have been going well for me,so far.But I always hope for things to go smoothly because you never know what might happen because each and every new day has it's anxieties and anticipations.Again,I hope that the work day goes by smoothly.

Tonight,I am feeling pretty good.I had a very good day today.I ran an errand for my mother today and I also did something for myself.I even took a ride around town and I enjoyed it.I even had my window rolled down and my music blaring.It was a very nice day.I had a good Sunday and it was a beautiful day.
Last night,I went out to sing and I had a blast.I tried out a couple of new songs and I reaquainted myself with a couple of songs that I had not done in a while.I had a great night and the people enjoyed what I did as well.In fact,even a young lady I have known for quite a while complimented me by telling me that I am awesome.That was great.Those words really made my night last night and it motivates me to feel good about what I do even more.I can hardly wait until next week to do the same thing again.I am going to be practicing some new songs for Saturday night.Compliments like that motivate me even more to eagerly await next Saturday night to entertain the crowd.I really enjoy being an entertainer and entertaining the crowd.I enjoy singing and I enjoy it when other people enjoy it.It was a wonderful night.Again,I can hardly wait to do it again next week.
The only disappointment last night was that the Buffalo Sabres lost to the Montreal Canadians by a score of 4-3.Their next game is Tuesday night against the Pittsburgh Penguins in Pittsburgh.I am hoping that the Sabres can beat the Penguins and finally clinch the Northeast Division on Tuesday night.
Tomorrow,I am hoping to go out thrift shop hopping.I am also hoping to find some nice stuff tomorrow.

Tonight,I am feeling a little bit better than I have had in recent day.I am also feeling very hopeful and optimistic.Today was a nice day weather wise and I did manage to get a couple of errands out of the way.I feel pretty good.I am just glad that the weekend is finally here.I am always glad for the weekends.Not only is it because I eagerly await it after a work week,it is because I get to do what I enjoy doing and that is entertaining people.I always look forward to entertaining the crowd every Saturday night with my singing.They always enjoy me and I enjoy the fact that they do.It's always a pleasure to entertain and sing to make others happy.It always gives me a measure of satisfaction.Still,I always hope for things to go well even though I rarely if ever have an off night.I always hope because you never know what might happen.I still enjoy what I do.
Tonight,the Buffalo Sabres are playing against the Montreal Canadians in Montreal.Right now,the Sabres are leading 1-0 in the opening period after Daniel Briere scored a few seconds ago.I am hoping that they can defeat the Montreal Canadians tonight.If they do,they will become the Northeast Division champions.It will be their first division championship in a little over a decade.The last time they won the Northeast Division was when Ted Nolan was the head coach.Again,I am hoping for a Buffalo Sabres victory tonight.It will be awesome to have them as the Northeast Division champions.The playoffs are not too far away.They have already clinched a playoff berth and that is awesome in itself.
The Canadians have just scored.The game is tied 1-1.

Tonight,I am again feeling okay.I had a pretty smooth day on the job.Nothing really negative to write home about happened today.It was a pretty good day and I got a lot done.It was really great.I had a pretty easy day and that gave me a little satisfaction.
Despite having a good day,I still said some angry things to myself.I have been having difficulty with this as of late and it has been really getting me down.It started today within the area that I work.I work in the basement of the organization that I work and it started there today.When I got home,it continued.I did not know why I was doing this.I had a pretty good day and the work day went by smoothly but I still wound up saying very angry things to myself pretending that there are people there in front of me.After I ate dinner,I went for a walk and the walk made me feel better.I felt renewed and not so tensed up.But it did happen again when I got home only not as bad as it was when I was at home.I relaxed for a while and took it easy.But I still have this main problem with saying angry things to myself and it is making me even more miserable because it seems that it's unstoppable.I want to STOP doing this.Again,if anybody has any advice,please share it.Thanks.
The Buffalo Sabres were victorious yet again.They defeated the New York Islanders by a score of 6-4 tonight.Tomorrow night,they are going against the Montreal Canadians in Montreal.I hope that the Sabres can win a third consecutive game.They only need two points to clinch the Northeast Division.I hope that they can do it.

Tonight,I am feeling okay.It was a pretty smooth day today and everything worked out the way it should.My day on the job was a pretty easy one.Despite a setback in the morning due to the previous day's workers not finishing his job,I had a pretty smooth day.I just managed to get the whole thing done that I needed to do and it was pretty smooth.There were no messes to clean up at the pick-up site and that made it a little easier.Again,a very smooth day on the job.
Earlier this afternoon,I did have a spell where I once again said angry statements to myself while at home.It just seemed unstoppable.I could not quit even after I had dinner.I had a very smooth day today on the job,but somehow I just had a chip on my shoulder for something and/or somebody and I really did not know what it iwas or even who it was.It's something that I could not understand and I still do not understand this.I have searched for answers and I am hitting dead ends.I do not know what the problem could be.This has been a problem for quite some time and I do not know whait it is or what is bringing it on.
Since it was becoming too much,I said a prayer tonight and asked for forgiveness for this.I am trying to get a grip on my anger.I do not want it having a grip on me.It has had a grip on me for a long time and I do not want it to have a grip on me any more.
After saying that prayer,I simply went for a long walk.I had to get out of the house for a while.I thought that it would do me a world of good.The walk did me a lot of good.I felt better afterwards and it was refreshing.When I got home,I was in a better mood and I did not feel so tensed up.I guess that I will walk more often or maybe I should get my bicycle fixed and start riding it again.Again,the walk made me feel better and that gave me an excellent feeling.
Tomorrow is another work day.I am hoping that the day goes smoothly.Tomorrow night is another Buffalo Sabres hockey game where they are hosting the New York Islanders in Buffalo.I am hoping that the Sabres can win another game.

Tonight,I am feeling really good.I had a wonderful meeting tonight.I had a ball talking with the guys and hearing them share their stuff as well.It was terrific.It was great relating to a bunch of men on a normal level playing field rather than talking and not getting anything in return.I have had my share of that and I do not want any more of it.Again,I had a wonderful meeting tonight and it was great to talk with the guys and share my stuff and also listening to the other guys share their stuff.I am looking forward to the next one and I am hoping that it goes as well as this one did tonight.
Today,I talked to the guy who was selling the car and I gave the car a little run and it is a good car.My mechanic even thinks that it is a good car.That is wonderful.I am going to be driving a regular car again after driving a compact 4X4 for quite a while.It is also a four door and it will make my job a little easier when it comes to picking up the laundry and dropping it off.It will have a back seat and a trunk.That way,I can simply put the laundry bags in the back seat and there are no more hassles.Again,I am glad that everything worked out the way it did.
Today was simply a pick up day and that went smoothly without any hassles.There was no mess to pick up off the floor and that was good.I really hate picking up a mess in that room.I just hate to pick up after people who can pick up after themselves in the first place.Again,nothing like that today and that was great.
The Buffalo Sabres were victorious tonight.They defeated the New Jersey Devils by a score of 4-3.Their next game is Friday night when they host the New York Islanders in Buffalo.I am hoping that the Sabres can get a second consecutive victory and add more points to their record. Tonight,I am feeling okay.I had a very good day today.The work day went by smoothly.It was wonderful to be back at work again making my money.Again,the work day went by smoothly and I had a very good day.
Tomorrow is simply a pick-up day for me.After that,the rest of the day is free.I also have an appointment to look at that car that a friend of my mechanic is selling.I am hoping that the car is as good as he says it is.I have been looking to get back into a regular car again.Again,I am hoping that this car is as good as my mechanic's friend says it is.
Tomorrow night is also my next meeting with my support group at the church.I am hoping that the meeting goes well.I really enjoy going to these meetings and they have been really helping me.I am getting an awful lot out of these.The men in my group listen to every word I say and they give me good advice as to how I can handle some of the issues that I have been trying to get resolved.Again,they are a swell bunch of guys who always listen and never judge.That is a great thing to be a part of.I am looking forward to tomorrow night and again,I am hoping that the meeting goes well.
I am still working on that problem of saying angry things to myself pretending that there are people there that I venting at.I am hoping that I can nip this problem in the butt soon because this is not a good thing.I want to STOP this thing once and for all but I do not know how to go about doing that.If anybody out there has some advice on how I can go about doing this,please share.I am desperate.Again,any advice is appreciated.
The Buffalo Sabres are hosting the New Jersey Devils tomorrow night in Buffalo.I am hoping that Sabres can win this game after that disappointing loss to the Maple Leafs in Toronto last Saturday night.

Tonight,I am feeling better.I felt a bit uplifted today after a good nights sleep.I also got some news today from my mechanic regarding a car for sale.The car belongs to a fellow customer of his.According to the customer,the car is in very good shape and and runs good.I am going to be looking at it on Wednesday and I hope that it's as good as he said it is.
Today,despite having a very bad thundershower,I went thrift shop hopping.I found some really nice stuff.I even found some clothing that fits me pretty good.It was a very good day.We had some sunny weather and then some rainy weather.It was a roller coaster ride today regarding the weather but I did not let it dampen my spirit today.I simply went thrift shop hopping and I had fun.After shopping,I had a light lunch at a chinese restaurant,which was an egg roll.After that,I went home.I had no problem getting home.I simply came back the way that I went only in the opposite direction.Again,I had a wonderful day and that was great.I am going to do it again next Monday.I just love doing this on my day off.It's better than just staying home and doing nothing.Plus,I just can't stay in my city and go shopping.I have to go out and check out other thrift shops in other areas.Again,I really enjoy this and it gives me some satisfaction when I do.Plus,it's also great to get out of my boring hometown for a few hours.Once again,a wonderful day.

Tonight,I am feeling mixed emotions.I am feeling depressed at the moment.It is just an occasional spell of the blues that I get when I least expect it.But I took a couple of St.John's Wort capsules and I am hoping that I feel better.Again,this is just an occasional spell of depression.I am not a chronically depressed person.There are times that I feel great and there are times that I feel not so great.But I did take a couple of herbal capsules and I am hoping that the spell passes soon.I just hate being depressed.But I know that it is a natural human emotion and since it's not chronic,I don't have to be dependant on anti-depressants.I have heard so much in the news about those types of drugs and what I have heard in the news regarding them is not so good.
Last night,I went out to entertain and that went pretty good.I managed to try out one new song while reaquainting myself with a few old ones.It was a very good night for me.I had a blast entertaining the crowd with my singing and that was awesome.I always have a very good night entertaining and I enjoy what I do.I also enjoy it when other people enjoy what I do.This actually motivates me to do it every week even more.Again,I love what I do and I enjoy it every step of the way.
Today,there was nothing much to do.I just ran an errand and that was it.It was a pretty boring day today.There wasn't anything to do around my home town.Then again,there never is anything to do where I live anyway.
Tomorrow is my day off.I am going to do some more thrift shop hopping.I am hoping to some more nice clothes for myself.I can hardly wait for that.I enjoy going thrift shop hopping on my day's off.It's fun.
