Tonight,I am feeling good,hopeful & optimistic.Today was a pretty good day.I ran some last minute errands for my mother because tomorrow is the holiday and my mother wanted to make sure that everything is going right.She wanted everything to be superb and fitting if not perfect.I ran the errands and I even did a few things for myself alongside the errands.The cold weather did little to dull my spirits today as I did what I had to do.The only drawback was the the stores were really busy and full of people all doing last minute shopping because most of the stores will be closed tomorrow.This is always the same every year.No matter what holiday it is.The stores are always full with last minute shoppers and the store traffic ranges from treacherous to severe.It is always "Excuse Me,I Would Like To Get By." whenever a holiday always falls anytime.It doesn't matter what holiday it is.There will always be some last minute shoppers trying to get some last minute stuff before the holiday comes around.It was pretty stressful but I did not let it get to me.I just went with the flow and I got out.The best thing out of it was that I got my errands finished and that was better than nothing.
Tonight,the Buffalo Sabres are officially the President's Cup winners.They defeated the Washington Capitals by a score of 2-0.Ryan Miller finally got a shutout after struggling all season to try and accomplish one.He has finally did it.He has his shutout.Tomorrow night,the Sabres are playing the Philadelphia Flyers in Philadelphia and they will going up against former teammate Martin Biron.This will be an interesting game.I am hoping that the Sabres will win tomorrow night over the Flyers.
Tonight,I will be singing up a storm for the crowd.I am hoping that the night goes well.I enjoy what I do.

Tonight,I am feeling okay.I had a pretty good day off today.I used my day off to help my mother out.I had really nothing else to do today so I decided to help her out today.She had a lot to do.It was great to help her out.I also managed to get a few personal things done for myself.Not a bad day.
Right now,I am at home relaxing and taking it easy.I had a very busy day and it was very rewarding.I got out today.I helped somebody in my family.I even managed to get a few things done for myself and that made me feel good.I had a wonderful day off today and it was a pleasure to get out and do a lot.Yes it was.I had a blast.It was rewarding and it was also a great way to loosen up and use my energy.
Today,I did not say angry things to myself too much.I did not do an awful lot of that today.I guess the idea of reducing my coffee consumption to 2 cups instead of having 3 cups worked.I also found that I have a lot of energy that I am not using and that could be a contributor as to why I am saying a lot of angry things to myself as of late.I felt that maybe I was consuming too much coffee,which has a lot of caffeine,and that was contributing to why I was saying angry things to myself pretending that there were people there.I still did so but not as much.I am going to give this a try for a while and see how it goes in the long run.If it continues to work,I will keep it up.
Tomorrow is the weekend.I can hardly wait for that.I am going to be singing up a storm tomorrow night and I am hoping that the night goes well.Tomorrow night,the Buffalo Sabres are going against the Washington Capitals in Washington.I am hoping for another Buffalo Sabres win.Why?Because the Sabres need one more win to become the winners of the President's Cup for the best record in the NHL.Again,I am hoping for a Buffalo Sabres win tomorrow night.

Tonight,I am having mixed emotions.Why?Because I had a really hard day today on the job.
When I arrived at the pick up point to pick up the laundry,I saw that the laundry room was another mess.It was terrible.There was laundry all over the place.I spent nearly 15 minutes picking up the laundry off the and bagging it.This really took a lot of my time away.After bagging it,I left for the work place and when I arrived,I sorted out the laundry.I then started a couple of loads and simply waited for them to get done.While waiting,I visited some people at the social club next door and talked with the a bit.After that,I went back to the basement and concentrated on my job.
Despite the frustrating start to the day,the rest of the day went by pretty smoothly and I read from my book while waiting for loads of laundry to get done.I even eat my lunch down in the basement alone so I can be there when the loads get finished.Since I have been doing this,I have not lost my temper nor have I gotten mad when something goes wrong or when somebody tries to get on my nerves.Still,I am taking my anger management and control one day at a time.If I can get through a day without getting angry and/or upset,which includes losing my temper,then that is good.There is still the next day and the day after that and so and so on and so on.
The really great thing to happen tonight is that the Buffalo Sabres are victorious again.They defeated the Boston Bruins by a score of 4-2.That really made my night.The Sabres next games are over the weekend.They will be playing that Washington Capitals on Saturday night and the Philadelphia Flyers on Sunday night.I am hoping for two more back to back wins.That would be totally neat.

Tonight,I am feeling pretty good.It was a wonderful day for me today.I accomplished everything that I set out to do.That gives me a feeling of accomplishment and it also makes me feel good.
Today was simply a pick up day for me today.The best thing about it was that there was no mess to clean up.I simply picked up the bag of laundry and dropped it off at the work zone.No trouble at all.
I also had a great meeting with my sexual abuse support counselor.It went terrifically well.It was great to finally get a lot of steam lifted off my shoulders and my brain.I went home feeling great.I also had a wonderful meeting with my support group at the church tonight and that went wonderful as well.It was wonderful to hear stories from the other men about their week and and it was wonderful for me to talk and be heard alongside being listened to at the same time.The weather going down was decent but coming home was a chore.There was non-stop heavy snow fall on the way home.I did make it back to my hometown in one piece and it was only snowing lightly when I reached there.Again,it was a wonderful day for me.I got everything that I set out to do accomplished and that makes me feel good.

Tonight,I am feeling okay.It was a pretty good day.Work went by pretty smoothly.Nothing really negative to write home about.I did my job and the rest took care of itself.I had a pretty smooth day.
I also ran a few errands for my mom today.I had to go to the bank and get some money for her and I also had to pay a bill to the bank.I also had to mail a bill out to a finance company.It was just a typical day.It went pretty smoothly and I had a pretty good day.
After dinner,I went out to get some gas because I wanted to make sure my tank was full because it is supposed to get cold tonight.I decided to do some window shopping today at a few shopping malls in my area.It was great to get out and look at a few things.I also walked around the malls for a while to get some exercise.I even talked with a few people.Nothing too special,just a few things about the Buffalo Sabres.But still,I had a pretty good time looking around the malls and walking around it to get some exercise.I even looked around at Wal-Mart and that too was fun.I even talked with a few people there as well.Again,a pretty good time was had.When I get money next time,I am going to start buying some dress shirts to go along with some suits that I have.I have been combing second hand stores for some dress shirts that are my size but have had no luck nor finding the style that I was looking for.Overall,a nice time was had.I got to get out and I even got to talk with some people.
The best thing to happen tonight was that the Buffalo Sabres are now officially Northeast Division champions.They defeated the Pittsburgh Penguins tonight by a score of 4-1 in Pittsburgh.Their next game is a home game on Thursday night when they host the Boston Bruins.Though the Sabres are diviosn champions officially thanks to tonights game,I still hope that the Sabres can pull off another victory over Boston.The Sabres still have a chance of capturing the President's Cup,which is awarded to the team who finishes first in the league when the regular season ends.
Tomorrow is simply a pick up day.I also have an appointment with my sexual abuse support counselor tomorrow afternoon and I also have my support group at the church tomorrow night.I am hoping that both of these go well.

Tonight,I am feeling okay.I had a very good day today.The weather was decent.It was a sunny day with only a few clouds.I had a very good time today.I went thrift shop hopping like I planned.I went to a couple of them in another area of Western New York.
I found some really nice clothes today.I also found some more hard to find record albums and several oldie 45's.It's hard to believe that I found some really nice clothes that actually fit me real good.I have been to some in the last several weeks over the span of Monday's that I have been going and most of what I found did not fit too good or even not at all.I have been fortunate to have found some in many of the thrift shops that I have been going to.It's great.I also manage to add a few more hard to find record albums to my ever growing collection of vinyl records and even several singles.It's fun to thrift shop hop.I am going to do it again next Monday.I really love it.It's fun.I always have a good time and I have been fortunate to find what I am looking for.

Tonight,I am feeling pretty good.I had a very good day today.I ran an errand for my mother today and I also did something for myself.I even took a ride around town and I enjoyed it.I even had my window rolled down and my music blaring.It was a very nice day.I had a good Sunday and it was a beautiful day.
Last night,I went out to sing and I had a blast.I tried out a couple of new songs and I reaquainted myself with a couple of songs that I had not done in a while.I had a great night and the people enjoyed what I did as well.In fact,even a young lady I have known for quite a while complimented me by telling me that I am awesome.That was great.Those words really made my night last night and it motivates me to feel good about what I do even more.I can hardly wait until next week to do the same thing again.I am going to be practicing some new songs for Saturday night.Compliments like that motivate me even more to eagerly await next Saturday night to entertain the crowd.I really enjoy being an entertainer and entertaining the crowd.I enjoy singing and I enjoy it when other people enjoy it.It was a wonderful night.Again,I can hardly wait to do it again next week.
