Tonight,I am feeling hopeful and optimistic.I am going out tonight to entertain the crowd and I am hoping that it will go well.Though I rarely have an off night,I still always hope for things to go well.You never know what might happen.I will be trying out a few new songs tonight and I am hoping that they go over well enough.I always practice and after that,I hope for the best.Tonight,I wil be having a couple of friends along with me as I am doing that.Again,I am hoping that all goes well.
Today,I ran a few errands.That actually worked out pretty well.I managed to find what I was looking for.After the snowfall last night,the weather was a bit cold but it was not very cold.Some of the snow that fell last night was actually melting little by little.Right now,the weather has cooled down somewhat and the snow has stopped melting.Tomorrow,I am hoping that a little more will melt.Before that,we are supposed to get a little bit more snow tonight.Thank goodness that the first day of Spring is almost here.I will be happy for that.Aside from Winter being over,I will be celebrating 7 happy years of not smoking.I gave up smoking cigarettes on the first day of Spring in 2000.If I can still stay smoke free until Wednesday,it will be a full happy 7 years.I don't really miss them any more.
Again,I am hoping that the night goes well.Tomorrow,the Buffalo Sabres are playing an afternoon game against the Atlanta Thrashers.I am hoping that the Sabres can get a third consecutive victory.

Tonight,I am feeling okay.It was a very good day for me.The work day went by smoothly and that was good.Again,it was a very good day.
After I got home from work,I turned on my computer and I did a virus scan on my computer while helping my mother out by taking her to do some last minute grocery shopping.It was a wonderful time out.The only drawback was that it's snowing again.It started snowing around 4:45 pm today and it is still snowing.According to the National Weather Service,there will not be too much accumulation and we are supposed to get back to warmer temperatures on Monday.I am hoping to do some more thrift shop hopping on Monday.I am still hoping to find some nice clothes that will fit.When I got home,I checked my computer and there were no viruses or spyware on it.YAY!I did my personal work and that was good.
Tonight,the Buffalo Sabres won again.They defeated the Tampa Bay Lightning by a score of 3-2.Their next game is Sunday afternoon against the Atlanta Thrashers.I am hoping for a third consecutive win.
Tomorrow night is my night to sing for the crowd.I am hoping that the night goes well.

Tonight,I am feeling okay.Despite a major setback this morning when I arrived at work,I had a pretty smooth work day.The setback was a worker from the previous day left laundry in the washers and dryers overnight.It was frustrating because I was hoping to start the load that I had when I arrived there but I had to finish what the other guy did not finish.I checked the dryers and the blankets in it were still pretty wet.I cleaned the lint trap and started the dryers.After about 40 minutes,they were dry and I started the loads that were left in the washers.I had to put them through twice because they did not get dry the first time around mainly because they sat wet overnight in the washer.But I managed to have a pretty smooth workday and I informed my supervisor about what was left behind in the washers and dryers overnight and she informed me that she would have a talk with the previous day's employee and see what can be agreed on.Truthfully,I really don't like it when somebody does not finish a job that they started and it creates stress and anger for me because I have a job to do and I am committed to do it because it's how I make my pay and it pleases those within my employment because they feel that I am a hard worker and a valued employee.I do not mean to sound full of myself but that is what they tell me in their own words and encouraging words keep me going.I did not let my anger get the better of me and I simply let it go.I did my job and that made feel good.
Tonight,the Buffalo Sabres defeated the Florida Panthers by a score of 5-3.Tomorrow night,the Sabres are playing against the Tampa Bay Lightning.I hope that the Sabres can win a second consecutive game tomorrow night.
Tomorrow is another work day. I am hoping that the work day goes smoothly.Then,it's the weekend and I am looking forward to that.I will be singing up a storm for the crowd on Saturday night.I hope that the night goes well.

Tonight,I am feeling good.It was a pretty nice evening for me.I went to my weekly meeting at the church and it was wonderful.It was great to finally let all the emotional baggage that I had been carrying throughout the week off of me.It was a relief.I feel really great.It was wonderful to have a group of men there listening to what I had to say.I have really never had that before.Again,it was wonderful this evening.
Today was a frustrtaing day.I was fortunate that I only had to pick up the laundry today and not have to do anything else.The laundry room was an unholy mess.There were blankets,sheets and comforters everywhere around.It took me nearly 20 minutes to pick up the laundry off of the floor and bag it all.I know that the people are trying to learn to live freely without drugs and alcohol but they are old enough to pick up after themselves.The staff at the center are trying their best to have the people staying there do the picking up but it seems that that they are not doing enough to ensure that it is done.After I dropped off the laundry and sorted it out,I left and went home to relax and do my personal stuff on my computer.I even had lunch at a nice restaurant and picked up my income tax refund check at the office where I had my return prepared.My first refund check in years.WOW!It made me feel good all over.This and the meeting tonight made me forget about the frustrations that I had today at work.Again,though the day was frustrating,I forgot all about it with the good things that I had today.My check and the wonderful meeting that I had with my support group at the church.
Tomorrow is another work day.I am hoping that the day goes by smoothly.After today,I am gonna need a smooth work day.Tomorrow night,the Sabres are playing against the Florida Panthers in Florida.I am hoping for another Buffalo Sabres win.After four consecutive losses,a win would make me feel really glad.

Tonight,I am feeling okay.I had a pretty good work day.It went by pretty smoothly.While I was waiting for loads of laundry to get done,I read my book The Anger Trap by Les Carter and it is fascinating.I have been having problems with anger for quite a while and I have been reading books on anger and how I can keep it under control.I am only doing this because late last year,I was always getting into trouble because I kept getting angry way too easily with other people.I almost lost my job one day because of it and that is why I sought anger management counseling for a while because I did not want to lose my job.Now that I am done with that,I am still reading books on the subject because I want to continue learning new things on how I can keep my emotions,including anger,under control.The next book that I am going to be checking out is called The Anger Workbook,which is also by Les Carter.I think that it will be interesting to read that and use it as a learning tool regarding how I can continue to learn keeping my emotions under control.
Though I have been making progress,as my supervisor and counselors have been telling me,I am still working on my problems one day at a time.Each and every new day brings new challenges and anxieties.Each and every day is new and yesterday is past.Again,though I have been complimented on my progress,I am still taking it one day at a time.It does make me feel good when I can get through the day without getting angry or anything negative happening.But again,each and every day brings all things new.
Tomorrow is simply a pick up day.I am just picking up a load of laundry and I can take it easy for the rest of the day.Tomorrow night is my men's group meeting at the church and I am hoping that it goes good.
I also had a talk with a friend last night and it was a wonderful conversation that I had.I am hoping to talk with him again.
The Buffalo Sabres lost in a shootout tonight by a score of 5-4.Their next game is against the Florida Panthers in Florida.After this disappointing losing streak,a win would be super-duper.

Tonight,I am feeling pretty good.I managed to have a very eventful day today.I managed to finally get some shopping done.Of course,I did not find any nice clothes that would fit me but I still had a very good day.I went thrift shop hopping and I found a lot more record albums to add to my record collection.I even managed to find a few CD's and even a promotional DVD.WOW!Though I did not find any nice clothes,I still found a lot.I had a wonderful day and it made me feel good to finally get out of the city that I live in for a while.After a pretty frustrating weekend,it was wonderful to finally get some activity done.I even had some repair work done to get the Check Engine light turned off.I even had my reverse lights fixed and an oil change.I can now take it easy the rest of the week without worrying about my vehicle.
Last night,I went out to sing and it was a wonderful night.I had a ball despite the fact that there was not too many people out last night.But again,I had a wonderful night.
Tomorrow is a work day.I am hoping that the work day goes smoothly.You never know what will happen.

Tonight,I check in with mixed emotions.I had a really frustrating day today.The first phase of the day started when I tried to log on to my e-mail over on Yahoo but I kept getting a "That Page Can Not Be Displayed" message whenever I tried to access it.I tried numerous times throughout the day and still,the same thing.I also learned that I was not the only Yahoo customer experiencing the same problems.There were other customers venting their frustrations over this problem over on Yahoo questions.It seemed that a worm got into the Yahoo database and Yahoo only shut down e-mail access because they did not want the worm to spread into their customers e-mails.Apparently,a new worm was created somehow and using old weapons to spread it such as the phrase "New Graphic Site" were making their way into other users e-mail boxes.So,to be on the safe side,Yahoo temporarily closed off all access to e-mail until the worm could be immobilized and destroyed before it could be spread to computers all over the world.Again,it was frustrating.But Yahoo cares for their customers and they do not want anything to happen to their customers e-mail boxes nor their personal computer databases.I laud Yahoo for their continuing efforts to keep their customers safe from any harmful things that could ruin everybody's computer databases all over the world.I did manage to log on to my other e-mail boxes and there were no problems.
Last night,I did not get the chance to do any singing because the place I sing at were having dart tournaments all night until closing.Not only that,the Buffalo Sabres lost thier third consecutive home game last night to the new Jersey Devils by a score of 3-2.
Aside from the frustrations,a little good thing happened today.I managed to find a 5 dollar bill on the ground and when I got to my computer,I registered the bill at Where's George and I spent it today on a couple slices of pizza.I also managed to buy a couple of movies today and that was great.I bought the DVD's National Lampoon's Vacation double film set,which consists of the first Vacation film and the sequel European Vacation,and Beavis And Butthead Do America.I also had to buy something for my mom,which she needed.
Tonight,I am going out again to sing.I hope that the night goes well.The next Buffalo Sabres game is Tuesday night when they travel to Pittsburgh to play the Penguins.I am hoping that the Sabres can start a new winning streak Tuesday night.
Not only that,last night,on the way home,my check engine light came on.Before I do anything,I am hoping that my mechanic can fit me inb so he can correct the problem.
That was my day and my hoped for night tonight.I am hoping that the new week will be better.FJ
