Tonight,I am feeling hopeful and optimistic.It was a pretty decent today.Despite a slow and cold start,it turned out to be a pretty decent day.Nothing really negative to write about.
I helped my mom out today by taking her shopping.She had to get some groceries in the house because the month is almost out and we needed to have some food in the house.That was the whole day.I also had to turn in some beer and pop bottles and cans that had been in the rear seat of my vehicle for a while.I got a small amount of change from them but it was great to finally get them out of the car and get some change.It also relieves me of hearing them go clunk and clink every time I hit a bump or pothole.That noise can be irritating after a while.But again,I am glad to be rid of them.
Tonight,we got an unexpected surprise at the house when my oldest sister came for a visit.This was a nice surprise.She was only in town for a few days and thouht that she would stop by and say hello before going back home.She was only here for half an hour and left.After that,we had a light supper.My mom just did not feel like cooking so we heated up a couple of frozen dinners and had a tossed salad on the side.
Tonight,I am going to be singing.I can hardly wait for that.I always look forward to entertain the crowd each and every Saturday night.I am going to simply reaquaint myself with some songs that I have done before and hope for the best.I rarely,if ever,have an off night,but I still always hope for things to go well.Again,I hope that things go well for me.
The Buffalo Sabres are playing the New York Rangers tomorrow afternoon at Madison Square Garden.I am hoping for a third consecutive Buffalo Sabres win.I am also hoping that the Sabres play better than they did last night.They can not make too many mistakes in their own end and they can not make any mistakes that can lead to penalties such as the interference call made on Mixim Afinagenov.They have to work on these things.Plus,they need to concentrate on the game itself and not on what the critics and other news people are saying.They have to concentrate on the game and play like the team they are.Again,they need to do that in order to dominate and not be worn down.Again,they need to do those things.
That was my day today and my hoped for night tonight.FJ

Tonight,I am feeling okay.My work day went by pretty well despite a frustrating start.
The frustrating thing happened when I arrived at work.I was hoping to get my paycheck today after I had arrived.But the lady who handed them out to everybody actually took the afternoon off and I had to wait for a little over an hour for it.I did get it and I was relieved.I still felt the frustration for waiting a long time.It took a while to fade away.But I did feel relieved that I got my check and now,my weekend will be off and running.On the way home today,I had to pick up a few things for dinner tonight.I am just glad that the weekend is finally here.I will be doing my usual entertaining the crowd tomorrow night.I am hoping that the night goes well.Though I rarely,if ever,have an off night,I still always hope for things to go well.But again,I am looking forward to doing that.I love what I do.It is great to entertain others and be appreciated.Again,I hope that everything goes well tomorrow night.
Tonight,I am jumping for joy because the Buffalo Sabres won again.They are now leading the series 2-0 as they defeated the New York Rangers by a score of 3-2.The Sabres barely escaped this game.They made too many mistakes with some of them leading to penalties and power play opportunities that lead to goals for the Rangers.Thomas Vanek scored the game winner on the power play for the Sabres to win.They were fortunate to escape this one.Within the final seconds,the Rangers were really pouring the pressure on Ryan Miller but he stopped every shot near the net.It was incredible the way he played tonight in the game within the final seconds.He also read some seemingly unstoppable shots on goal.Ryan Miller was awesome.Yes he was.But the Sabres have to work on not making too many mistakes in the games,especially those that lead to costly penalties and turnovers.I hope that the Sabres will indeed work on their game and avoid making costly mistake.I know that there is no such thing as a mistake free game.But if the Sabres can work on their game and avoid making costly mistakes,they will improve greatly.The Sabres next game is Sunday afternoon at 2:00pm in New York at Madison Square Garden.I am hoping that the Sabres can win a third straight game.That would be totally neato.The win tonight made me feel better after the frustrating day that I had.

Tonight,I am feeling okay.The weather for much of the day was fair.It was sunny but mostly cloudy and a little cool.I really was not anticipating very much today as I was driving to work.When I got to the pick-up point where the laundry was,I did not have very much to pick up but I am hoping for more tomorrow.Apparently,there were some new check ins at the center where they help drug and alcohol dependant people try to live a life without drugs or alcohol.It was only verl little but better than nothing.At least,I had a little bit to do.
The work day went by smoothly as usual.I simply did my job and the day went by pretty fast.I had a pretty good day on the job.After I finished,I dropped off the clean laundry at the center and went straight home.It was a chore getting home today because of all the hard rain falling.I guess that this is the month for it.It is April,after all.But I did not let it dampen my spirits.I just went with it and got home.After that,I stayed home for the rest of the day.Since it was raining and thundering,there was not much to do except to just hang out at the house.Again,it was not too bad of a day.
Tomorrow is a work day.I am hoping that my shift goes by smoothly.Tomorrow night,the Sabres are playing the Rangers in Buffalo again.After winning game one,I am hoping that the Sabres can win another one.Game 1 was an exciting game.I hope that Game 2 is just as exciting and that they also pull out a win.It would be great for them to take a 2 games to none lead.

Tonight,I am feeling good.I had a pretty good day today.Nothing really negative to write home about and that is good.
Today was simply a laundry pick-up day for me.I simply picked them up and dropped the bags off at work.After that,I picked up a few things for dinner at the store and went home.I did my personal computer work in the afternoon and had a light lunch.The weather was a mixed bag.It rained for much of the day before it turned cooler.But still,I did not let it dampen my spirits.
I also had a wonderful meeting with my sexual abuse support counselor this afternoon.It was great to get a lot more emotional baggage off of me.She also gave me some more zeroxed copies of some pages from a book on anger management.I am going to be checking these out tomorrow morning while I am waiting for loads of laundry to get done.I hope that they are helpful.
I also had a wonderful support group meeting tonight at the church.It was wonderful to get even more emotional baggage off of me.It was great.It is wonderful to find a group of men who will listen to you and not ignore you.It is also great that they thank you for sharing what you shared.Again,I am glad to have found out about this group.I am looking forward to the next meeting next Wednesday night.I am hoping that the meeting next week goes well.
I am also full of joy because the Buffalo Sabres really let the New York Rangers have it tonight.They defeated the Rangers by a score of 5-1.The next game is Friday night.I am hoping for another Buffalo Sabres win.
Tomorrow is a work day.I am hoping that the day goes by smoothly.

Tonight,I am feeling okay.I had a pretty smooth work day today.The day just went by pretty fast and I got a lot done.After work,I ran a couple of errands and that worked out pretty good.It was a pretty good day today and I got a lot done.
Even though it was a pretty smooth work day today for me,I was feeling a little tensed up.I started saying angry things to myself again pretending that there were people ther.I have not done this in a long time myself but it has been starting again.It doesn't happen as much as it used to but I do not know what triggered it nor do I know what the root cause of it is.The days have been going from fair to good lately but I still do not know what could be the root cause of it.But I figured that maybe I should get a little exercise.
After doing my computer work,I went for a long walk.The walk did me good.I was not as tensed up as I was earlier when I got home.I also was not saying angry things to myself either.I felt better.When I got home,I took a bath and that also made me feel better.I am now relaxing and taking it easy at home.
Tomorrow is simply a pick-up day for me.I also have an appointment with my sexual abuse support counselor in the afternoon.Tomorrow night,it is my support group meeting at the church.I am hoping that the day works out well for me.
Tomorrow night is also when the series between the Buffalo Sabres and the New York Rangers starts.I am hoping that the Sabres cann beat the Rangers.

Tonight,I am feeling pretty good.It was a pretty good day for me today.I made it out to another thrift shop today in Depew and I found a lot of great stuff.It was wonderful.While there,it rained for a while.The rain was really coming down.It was like that it was coming down in buckets.Fortunately,I was still shopping in the shop when it was coming down.I simply waited patiently for the rain to stop and when it did,I checked out.On the way home,I stopped at a shopping mall and had a slice of pizza to tie me over until dinner.I had a blast.Despite the hard rainy day,I had a pretty good day.I had fun and I am looking forward to going to another in the near future.I have done enough shopping in them for now.Right now,I am going to concentrate on the rest of the NHL playoffs and hope that all goes well.
It is now official.The Buffalo Sabres playoff series with the New York Rangers starts this Wednesday night in Buffalo.I can hardly wait for that.I am hoping that that Sabres can do great against the Rangers.I am also hoping that the Sabres can advance into the Conference finals.I would LOVE to see that.The series starts Wednesday night in Buffalo and I am hoping that the Sabres can do it again.
Tomorrow is a work day.I am hoping that the work day goes by smoothly.

Tonight,I am feeling good.It was a pretty good day today.The sun was shining and the winds were very light.I went out to run a personal errand today and I actually enjoyed the day out even if I was not out for too long.I just had a good day with nothing negative to write about.
Tonight,I learned that the Buffalo Sabres will be playing against the New York Rangers in the next round.The game day and the time will be determined by the league.At least,I am glad to know who will now play the Sabres in the next round.I am hoping that the Sabres can do it again.I would like to see the Sabres advance into the conference finals.But according to their head coach Lindy Ruff,the Rangers will be tougher than the Islanders in terms of goal scoring and game play.But again,I am hoping that the Sabres can do it again.It would be really great to see the Sabres go to the next level in the Eastern Conference finals.
Last night,I had a blast.It was simply a wonderful night.I decided to reaquaint myself with songs that I have not done in a long time.The night was still a success and I had a blast.The crowd loved everything that I did.Again,it was a wonderful night.I am glad that the crowd enjoyed it.I also enjoyed doing what I did.I always do.It is great to have such an appreciative crowd.
Tomorrow,I am going to go to another thrift shop.It will be in Depew New York.I am hoping to find some really nice stuff.I am also hoping to have a great day.It is also supposed to a nice day tomorrow.I am hoping that the day works out good.
Tonight,I had a talk with a person who I have not talked too in a long time and that was really neat.It was the wife of a friend of mine.I was overjoyed to hear from her.I am hoping to hear from her husband soon.It would be great to talk with him again.It was a wonderful talk.Again,I am hoping to talk with her husband soon.
