Tonight,my rocky road to recovery continues moving forward.
Today,I woke up in the mid morning and had my usual coffee.After my coffee,I did my personal PC work and did some yard work around the outside of the house.After that,I washed up real quickly and got dressed.
I headed out to check out a few thrift stores in another area,I didn't find too much,except for a few tapes,a few DVDs and a few compact discs.After that,I picked a few ginger beers and some hot chicken soup at a local Chinese restaurant.I headed straight home.
When I got home,I ate my soup and a had a couple of ginger beers.I also did some more personal PC work.After that,I prepared to retire for the evening.A very good and wonderful day overall.

Tonight,my rocky road to recovery continues moving forward.
Today,I woke up in the early morning and had my usual coffee.After my coffee,I washed up quickly and got dressed.I headed for work.
The work day went well.After it was over,I headed for home.
On the way home,I stopped at the repair garage to make an appointment to get my oil changed.After that,I went to the bank to withdraw some money and after that,I headed straight home.
When I got home,I did my personal PC work and after that,relaxed for a while.
I later showered quickly and headed out to get some chicken noodle soup at a local Chinese restaurant.After that,I headed back home.
When I got home,I started a load of laundry and ate my soup.After that,I did some more personal PC work.
I started another load of laundry after the first load was done.After that,I relaxed for a while and did some more personal PC work.I then changed loads again and did a little bit more personal PC work before preparing to retire for the evening.A very good day overall.

Today,I woke up in the early to mid morning and had my usual coffee.After my coffee,I washed up real quickly and had a light breakfast.I also did my personal PC work.After that was done,I did some browsing online and read a few articles.After that,I put on some clothes and headed out to get some errands run.
I first got some gas and I checked out a few thrift stores,but didn't find anything.After that,I did some shopping at the local Super Wal-Mart and picked up a few needed things.After that,I headed straight home.
When I got home,I put the stuff that I bought away and I went back out to have a late,but light,lunch at the local Taco Bell.After eating that there,I headed straight home.
When I got home,I unwound and relaxed for a bit.I did some more personal PC work and watched a little TV.After that,I showered quickly and shaved.I then put my clothes back on and headed over to a close friend's place for a cookout and to watch fireworks,which was a wonderful time.After it was over,I headed straight home.
When I got home,I got out of my clothes and did a little bit more personal PC work.I then prepared to retire for the evening.A wonderful and eventful holiday overall.
Please continue praying for me as I'm still struggling with the terrible problem of mumbling/uttering angry,hateful and hurtful things under my breath and as I keep saying and will continue to say,I want to stop this terrible problem,but don't know how.I am still seeking helpful advice from all of you,especially from anyone who also struggled with this problem,because maybe what what worked for you could also work for me.I would appreciate some helpful advice within the comments section because I really do want to stop this.Thanks to all of you for your support.Thanks also to both my Heavenly Father and his son Jesus Christ.

Today,I woke up in the early morning and had my usual coffee.After my coffee,I washed up real quickly and got dressed.I headed for work.
The work day went well.After it was over,I headed straight home.
When I got home,I relaxed and did my personal PC work.After that,I put on different clothes and headed over to a local medical center to get checked out as my throat was still sore,but I was advised to use throat lozenges and cough medicine while continuing to take pain relievers.I then picked up these things at the drug store and I also got a take-out meal at the local Popeye's.I then headed straight home.
When I got home,I ate my take-out meal and I watched a little TV.I then did some more personal PC work and later on,I prepared for my evening retirement.A very good day overall.

Today,I woke up in the early morning and had my usual coffee.After my coffee,I washed up real quickly and got dressed.I headed for work.
The work day went well.After it was over,I headed straight home.
When I got home,I got out of my work clothes and I relaxed while doing my personal PC work.After that was done,I had a light evening meal and did some more personal PC work.
I later showered when it was getting close to dark and I did some more personal PC work.Later on,I prepared for my evening retirement.A very good day overall.
I am still hoping that the sore throat that I have will go away soon.If not,I may need to go a quick admitting medical center in my hometown and hope for the best.

Tonight,my rocky road to recovery continues moving forward.
Today,I woke up in the early morning and had my usual coffee.After my coffee,I washed up real quickly and got dressed in dress clothes.I headed for church for both the morning's Holy Bible study class and the worship service afterwards.
Both the class and the worship service were wonderful.After some wonderful fellowship,I headed straight home.
When I got home,I changed into casual clothes and headed for the emergency ward at the local hospital,but they were filled up and I instead headed for an immediate care center within the city.I had a terribly hurting sore throat and I needed to get to checked out as I had this for the last few days.
They said that it wasn't strep,but told me to check back with them within the next couple of days.After that,I headed straight home.
When I got back home,I dropped off a few things and then headed for a party that I was invited to.
The party was a blast.It was also a very hazy,hot and humid day.The haziness,humidity and extreme heat made me tired and dizzy.I left after several hours and headed for home.
On the way home,I stopped at a local supermarket to pick up a few things.After that,I headed straight home.
When I got home,I put the stuff that I bought away and showered quickly to get rid of all the sweat that I had from all the haziness,humidity and extreme heat gave me while at the party.I then relaxed and did my personal PC work.When that was done,I prepared to retire for the evening.A very wonderful,exciting and eventful day overall.
