Tonight,my rocky road to recovery continues moving forward.

Today,I woke up in the mid morning and had my usual coffee.After my coffee,I did my personal PC work and did some yard work around the outside of the house.After that,I washed up real quickly and got dressed.

I headed out to check out a few thrift stores in another area,I didn't find too much,except for a few tapes,a few DVDs and a few compact discs.After that,I picked a few ginger beers and some hot chicken soup at a local Chinese restaurant.I headed straight home.

When I got home,I ate my soup and a had a couple of ginger beers.I also did some more personal PC work.After that,I prepared to retire for the evening.A very good and wonderful day overall.

please keep praying for me and also,I would appreciate some helpful advice and positive verbal support within the comments section.I need some advice on how I can overcome and contain a terrible problem that I have been having.Thanks to all of you for your support.Thanks also to both my Heavenly Father and his son Jesus Christ.
