Tonight,I check in feeling okay.The day was a not to eventful one.I ran a couple of errands and that was it.But I did not have an awful lot to do.In my hometown,there is really nothing to do,especially when it is winter and the snow is falling with winds blowing it all around and the weather being cold.But I always manage to keep myself entertained.
Tonight,I had a couple of pretty good conversations with a couple of friends.They are both doing great.The first was a friend who lives in my hometown who is visiting his future in-laws.The second was a friend from New Jersey who I met nearly three years ago in PA.They were great conversations and I had a ball talking to them.Yes I did.It was not too bad of an evening.I am now at home relaxing.
Last night,I had another successful night entertaining the crowd.I did my George Harrison tribute and it was well received.I love doing tributes to my favorite dead artists and it is always a gas to do it for a very appreciative crowd.I always look forward to doing it every week.It gets better and better.
The only disappointment was that the Buffalo Sabres lost to the Ottawa Senators last night by a score of 6-5.I have to give the team some kudos because they did play a great game and yes,it was rough with a lot of fighting going on.But again,the Sabres played a great game.Their next game is Tuesday night against the Toronto Maple Leafs in Toronto.I am hoping for a Sabres win.
Tomorrow morning is a doctor's appointment.I have a throat infection that will not go away.I am hoping that the doctor can do something about it.
That was my day and my night last night.FJ
