Tonight,I check in feeling really good.It was a wonderful day today.I had a lot to do and it kept me busy.I did my laundry pick-up today and I went home.I went to meet with my sexual abuse support counselor today and that meeting went great.It was a pretty good day.
Tonight,I went to my support group meeting at the church and that also went great.It was another wonderful meeting.The men in my group are really a swell bunch.They listen to every word I say and they always thank me for sharing my stories.It's great to feel accepted and being made a part of a group,especially when it's a group of men.I am feeling like I am a part of the world of men little by little.I feel like I am accomplishing something here and that makes me feel great.Yes it does.I am looking forward to the next meeting.I am hoping that the next meeting is as good as the last.Though they always are,I still always hope for them to be wonderful.
The only disappointing thing to happen was that the Buffalo Sabres lost to the Carolina Hurricanes tonight by a score of 3-2.But the Sabres played a great game and put a great effort into it.Their next game is Friday night hosting the Minnesota Wild in Buffalo.I hope that they can win that game.After tonight's loss,a win would be totally sweet.
Tomorrow is another work day.I am hoping that it goes smoothly.
