Tonight,I am feeling pretty good.I had a very smooth work day today.The day just went by pretty fast.I did my duties and after that,I headed for home.Before that,I had to make a few stops along the way.I stopped at a store to pick a few things for diner and I also went to the bank to cash my paycheck.The day,weatherwise, was very hot hazy and humid.But I did not let it get me down.I was just glad to get home and when I got home,we had a very bad thunderstorm that only lasted for mostly an hour.Again,I did not let the weather dampen my spirits.I worked to stay upbeat and whatever I did,it worked.
I am now at home relaxing.For most of the evening,I simply watched a movie while a virus scan was being done on my computer.I watched the original Alien movie from 1979.It was part of a special limited edition 3 DVD pack that I bought at Target on Sunday after I did my laundry.This was the first time that I had watched this movie.I had already seen Aliens and Alien 3.Alien was actually pretty good.The whole movie took place on a spaceship.It all starts when one of the crew members gets an alien creature clutched onto his face and afther that,all hell breaks loose on board the ship.The DVD also had deleted scenes and trailers.Overall,it was a good movie and well worth the wait all these years.I did manage to read the novelization of the film in junior high school years ago but the movie was better than the book.I enjoyed it and I highly recommend the film to anyone who is interested.
The weekend is finally here.I am going to be entertaining the crowd tomorow night at the place where I do so.I am looking forward to that because I really enjoy what I do.It is always a blast getting to use my talents and having people enjoy me.Again,I am looking forward to that.I am hoping that the evening goes well.
By the way,the virus scan was negative.No viruses or spyware was on my computer.
That was my day today and my hoped for day tomorrow.
