Tonight,I am feeling okay.I had a pretty roller coaster day today.The day started out pretty good.The laundry pick-up went pretty well.I had a pretty good lunch today with the social club after I did the pick-up.After that,I went to a post office in the area to buy a money order to send out for a record that I bought off of Ebay.I sent it out Priority Mail w/delivery confirmation.It should get there by Friday.
I also had to go to the bank to withdraw some money for my mom and I also put some gas in my tank.After that,I went home.
I also heard from a guy who lives in my hometown via e-mail.He told me that he had some records that he got from somewhere and he asked me to come over and look through them,which I did as I was getting some dinner for me and my mom.I bought some of them and went to a local Arby's to get a couple of sandwiches for dinner.
When I got home,I heard some hissing coming from my driver's side rear tire.I saw what looked like a nail sticking out of my tire and it was going flat.I had to call my mechanic to tell him and fortunately when I called him a second time,he answered.I told him what was wrong and he told me to bring in the car so he could repair the tire ASAP.After I ate,I waited for the AAA tow truck to come outside and when he arrived,I went with them so I could drive the car back home when he was finished.I was fortunate to catch him at the garage.I would have been lost if he wasn't.I also would have been late for work tomorrow if I had to go to the garage first before going to work.But again,I am fortunate as well as thankful that I caught my mechanic at the garage so the tire could be fixed and I could go on to work tomorrow without any problems.Thank goodness for that.
I am now relaxing.I am hoping that the rest of the evening goes smoothly.After this,I am going to bathe and get ready for bed.
Tomorrow is a work day.I am hoping that the shift goes smoothly.
That was my day today and my hopes for the day ahead.FJ
