Happy Memorial Day,Everybody.
Tonight,I am feeling pretty good.I had a very good day today.
Today,since I had nothing to do,I decided to simply relax and get ready for tomorrow.I did manage to get out of the house today to pick up a couple of things for myself.It was nothing much.But they were personal things that I needed.After that,I went home to wait for the light dinner that we had get done.
Earlier this afternoon,as I was out,there was an accident.A big pick-up truck crashed into a Family Dollar store in the area where I went.I was waiting at a traffic light when I saw all the police cars around the area.I was wonderfing what was going on and I saw that a big pick-up truck crashed into the store.A tow truck had just arrived on the scene when I drove past and that is when I saw it.It was unbelievable.
After I did my shopping and running into a couple of old schoolmates,I decided to take a drive there and see what was damaged.The front store windows were totally destroyed.One of the cashier stations was totally destroyed and it looked like it was a total loss.After checking that out,I went home.
After a light dinner,I chose to do my personal PC work and it took me a while to do.I had so many e-mails and it was just dragging.But I managed to get it done and I feel that my day is now complete.I can now take it easy.
Tomorrow is a work day.I am hoping that the day goes well.I also have my SSA Recovery support group tomorrow and I am hoping that the meeting goes well.
That was my day today and my hopes for the day ahead.FJ
