Tonight,I am feeling pretty good.I had a pretty good day today.
I only went out once during the day.It was to get some lunch out since there was nothing to eat at home for lunch.I didn't stay out too long.It actually rained for much of the afternoon and I was caught out in it when I was on my home.Fortunately,I made it home before it got worse.My mom opened the door for me so I wouldn't have to fumble for my keys.
When I got in,I decided to go upstairs and take it easy.I listened to one of the record albums that I bought yesterday and it was a very good album.It was the last Kenny Rogers and the First Edition album The Ballad of Calico.As stated,it is a pretty good album.I am glad to have it in my ever growing vinyl collection.I will try to get around to listening to the rest of the ones that I bought within the next few days.I am hoping that I will enjoy them as much as I enjoyed this one.I also listened yesterday to another album by them called Ruby,Don't Take Your Love To Town.It too is also a good album.
For most of the day,I was having computer issues.While I was on Yahoo e-mail,I opened files and links and when I closed them off after checking them out,the window froze up and the internet closed off automatically after about a few minutes. I am wondering what the problem might be.I haven't done a scan on my computer in a long time but I am going to do one hopefully tomorrow or possibly Wednesday.I am hoping that there are no viruses or spyware in my system.
Last night,my night of entertaining the crowd was a smash.There were about 30 people there and even they sang alot as well.By the time I finished my last song,I was exhausted.It was a little after 3AM when I left the bar and got some gas on the way home.I also ran into a nephew of a friend of mine there and we talked for a few minutes.We parted so we could both go home due to us being very tired.I went to bed after getting home and I went to sleep shortly afterwards.When I woke up this morning,I chose to stay in bed and as usual,I listened to a radio sermon before sleeping for about another hour.I was still feeling tired for the awesome night that I had.But there is always next Sunday.I would like to start going back to church again if I can get up out of bed to do so.But today,due to my still feeling tired from last night,I stayed home to rest extra.
Before the night is through,I am thinking of going out and having a drink or two with the guys before turning in for the night.I am hoping for at least one good talk with anyone when I get there.
Tomorrow is my day off.I am hoping that the day goes well for me.I do have an appointment with the medication manager over at the local hospital and I am hoping that the session goes well.
That was my weekend and my hopes for the start of the new week ahead.FJ
