Tonight,I am feeling okay.I had a pretty good day today.
The work shift went smoothly.There was quite a bit of laundry to do.I also managed to pick up quite a bit this morning on the way.After the shift was done,I dropped off the clean laundry and I headed for home.
On the way home,I stopped at a hobby store to get a mini-knife so I can use it to help me fix cassettes that I have that need to have the pressure pad put back on.I also stopped at the local Salvation Army thrift store and bought a few things that I needed.I headed straight home after that.
When I got home,I took my prescription pain pill and I took a nap for about an hour.I was feeling a little bit of pain in my left leg and I felt that I needed to rest a little.
After getting out of bed,I finished my personal PC work.I also made my bed after doing so.
After eating,I decided to do some last minute personal PC work.Since the day was pretty cold and windy,I chose to stay home for the rest of the day.It is going to be warmer tomorrow and we are supposed to have a warmer weekend.I am hoping that this will be the last of the wintry weather that we have been having.I have been getting tired of all this cold weather that we have been having.One minute it's warm and the next minute it's cold.But again,I am hoping that this will be the last cold weather that we have for a long time.Overall,a pretty good day.
Regarding my SSA struggles,I had no problems nor did I have any disturbances of any images of naked men with erections.I am glad that this hasn't happened this week.There is always tomorrow.I still have to take this one day at a time.If I can get through one day without SSA creeping back into my mentality,that's good.There is always the next day.
Tomorrow is another work day.I am hoping that the shift goes well.After that,it's the weekend.
That was my day today and my hopes for the day ahead.FJ
