Tonight,I am feeling okay.I had a pretty good day today.
The work day went smoothly despite a shaky start with the laundry pick-up.After the pick-up,I went to the work site to sort the laundry out and start a couple of loads.After doing that,I hung out at the social club for a while and had a pretty good conversation with one of the guys there.
After the social club,I concentrated on my job and getting it done.I only went back to the social club just to have lunch and after that,I finished the work that I needed to finish and dropped the clean laundry off at the rehab center.I headed for home after that.
On the way home,I made some stops along the way.Firstly,I dropped off a couple of newspapers at a couple of friends houses and I picked up my mom's prescription at the drug store while also picking up some cookies.The last things that I did was that I went to get some gas and I also picked up a gallon of milk.I headed straight home after that and that is where I am for the night.
I relaxed for a bit at home while waiting for dinner to get done.I napped on my bed for about an hour after taking a prescription cough pill.I felt better after my nap and I had dinner shortly after getting up.I also received a phone call from a minister that I was waiting to hear from.We have an appointment set up in a week.
After eating,I finished my personal PC work and despite a couple of issues with the internet browser that I was using,I managed to get it done.Overall,a pretty good day.
Regarding my SSA struggles,I had no problems.I had no images nor cravings to act out in any way,shape or form.Nothing to complain or gripe about.
Tomorrow is simply a pick-up day.I am hoping that the pick-up goes well.
That was my day today and my hopes for the day ahead.FJ
