Tonight,I am feeling okay.I had a pretty fair day today.
Today,I had the day off from work because the staff were having a picnic.I simply did a laundry pick-up so the monday people would have something to do.After sorting out the laundry,I simply picked up my paycheck and left the worksite.I headed for the bank to cash my check.
When I got to the bank,I was surprised that there weren't too many people there.I was out of there within a few minutes.I headed straight home after that.
When I got home,I watched a little bit of TV and I tried to take a nap,but again,I couldn't.I even tried going out to the community kitchen to get lunch but the kitchen was closed.I simply headed for home but on the way,I grabbed a hot dog at a local 7-Eleven.
When I got home,I turned my computer on to let it worm up while I watched a little bit of TV.After that,I did my personal PC work.
Before I did my work,I registered all the bills that I had at the Where's George site.I wanted to make sure that they were all on there and after I was done,I stamped all the bills that I had and now,I am ready to pass them on.
After doing my personal PC work,I watched some classic commercials on the YouTube site and that was wonderful.I simply took it easy while on the computer and it was pretty good.
After eating,I watched the evening news for a while and I also did some more personal PC work.Overall,a pretty fair day.
I am still feeling some depression.I was feeling funky for much of the day.My funkiness got a little bit worse when I received the disappointment of the community kitchen being closed.But by evening,the depression leveled off a little.When I see my therapist on Monday,I will have to tell her about the way I am feeling and i am hoping that I can get some good advice on how I can deal with this.If anyone has any suggestions,please share.Thanks.
Regarding my SSA struggles,I had no problems nor issues.I am also not having the temptation to watch any pornography at the moment.I am hoping to get through tomorrow and the weekend unscathed.
That was my day today and my hopes for the day and weekend ahead.FJ
