Tonight,I am still feeling down.I had a pretty fair day today.
Today was my day off.I only had one errand to run.I went to my regular drug store to pick up a prescription for my mom and after paying for it,I headed straight home.
When I got home,I gave the medication to my mom and I relaxed a bit while watching TV.
After eating,I watched the evening news for a while and I did my personal PC work.Overall,a pretty fair day.
I am still feeling depression.I have been feeling this way for the past several months.I have been doing everything in my power to help alleviate the symptoms but I am still not feeling up to par.I have been taking my meds.I have been working and socializing when I can but I am still depressed.I hope that I am out of this funk real soon.
Tomorrow is a work day.I hope that the day goes smoothly.
That was my day today and and my hopes for the day ahead.FJ
