Tonight,I am still feeling down.I had a pretty fair day today.
The day went by pretty well.I stopped at a local Burger King to have a burger for a quick lunch.After finishing that,I went to a local supermarket to pick up something that my mom needed.After paying for the item,I got some gas and I headed straight home.
When I got home,I helped my mom unpack and I relaxed a bit while watching a movie.
After eating,I watched the evening news for a while and I did some personal PC work.Overall,a pretty fair day.
I am still feeling depression.I have been feeling this way for the past several months.I have been doing everything in my power to help alleviate the symptoms but I am still not feeling the way I should.I have been taking my meds.I have been working and socializing when I can but I am still depressed.I hope that I can get out of this funk real soon.
Tomorrow is my day off.I hope that the day goes well.
