Tonight,I am still feeling down.I had a pretty fair day today.
Today,I woke up in the early afternoon and had a quick breakfast.I also had a couple cups of coffee.After that,I got dressed and proceeded to get on with my day.
I first went to the public library to do some personal PC work.I also registered some bills at the Where's George site.After stamping the bills,I headed for home.
On the way home,I stopped at a nearby restaurant for a quick bite.After that,I headed straight home.
When I got home,I relaxed for a bit and took it easy.
After eating,I watched the evening news for a while and I did some personal PC work.Overall,a pretty fair day.
I am still feeling depression.I have been feeling this way for the past several months.I have been doing everything in my power to help alleviate the symptoms but I am still not feeling the way that I should.I have been taking my meds.I have been working and socializing when I can but I am still depressed.I hope that I can snap out of this funk soon.
As for the rest of the weekend,I have made no plans but whatever I do,I hope that it gives me positive benefits.
That was my day today and my hopes for the day ahead.FJ
