Tonight,I am still feeling down.I had a pretty fair day today.
Today was my day off.I only ran one small errand.I went to a local supermarket to pick up a few things that my mom wanted me to get.After paying for the items,I went to a local Wendy's to have a burger for lunch.After eating,I headed straight home.
When I got home,I unpacked the groceries and I relaxed a bit.
After eating dinner,I watched the evening news for a while and I headed out to the public library to do some personal PC work.Overall,a pretty fair day.
I am still feeling depression.I have been feeling this way for over the past year.I have been doing everything in my power to help alleviate the symptoms but I am still not feeling the way I should.I have been taking my meds.I have been working and socializing when I can but I am still depressed.I hope that I can snap out of this funk soon.
Tomorrow is a working day.I hope that the day goes well.
That was my day today and my hopes for the day ahead.FJ
