Tonight,I am still feeling down.I had a pretty fair day today.
Today was my day off.My appointment with the nurse practitioner at the local hospital today was cancelled.I called to reschedule the appointment with her and my new appointment will be next Monday.I am hoping that the session with her goes well.
I got up in the early afternoon and had a quick breakfast.I also had 3 cups of coffee.After that,I proceeded to get on with my day.
I first went to a local Burger King to have a Whopper Jr.for lunch.After eating lunch,I headed over to the post office.I had to mail out an important letter and to get a money order.After I was finished there,I headed straight home.
When I got home,I headed back out again to pick up something at one of my mom's friends houses.After picking that up,I headed over to a local supermarket to pick up a few things that my mom needed.After paying for the items,I headed straight home.
When I got home,I unpacked the groceries and put them in their proper places.I also relaxed and took it easy for a bit.
After eating,I watched the evening news for a while and I headed out to the public library to do some personal PC work.Overall,a pretty fair day.
I am still feeling depression.I have been feeling this way for over the past year.I have been doing everything in my power to help alleviate the symptoms but I am still not where I should be.I have been taking my meds.I have been working and socializing when I can but I am still depressed.I hope that I can snap out of this funk soon.
Tomorrow is a work day.I hope that the day goes well.
That was my day today and my hopes for the day ahead.FJ
