Tonight,I am still feeling down.I had a pretty fair day today.
Today,I woke up in the late morning and had a quick breakfast.I also had 2 cups of coffee.After that,I proceeded to get on with my day.
I first went to a pizzeria to have a slice of pizza for lunch.After that,I headed for home.
When I got home,I relaxed and took it easy for a bit.
After eating,I watched the evening news for a while and I also did some personal PC work.Overall,a pretty fair day.
I am still feeling dedpression.I have been feeling this way for over the past year.I have been doing everything in my power to help alleviate the symptoms but I am still not feeling right.I have been taking my meds.I have been working and socializing when I can but I am still depressed.I hope that I can snap out of this rut soon.
Tomorrow is my day off.I hope that whatever I choose to do tomorrow gives me positive benefits.
