Tonight,I am still feeling down.I had a pretty fair day today.
Today,I woke up in the early morning and had a quick breakfast.I also had 2 cups of coffee.After that,I proceeded to get on with my day.
After washing my hair and getting dressed,I headed over to my mechanic's garage to get my car fixed.I needed new sway bars on the front wheels.The repairs didn't take too long and I was on my way after paying for them.I decided to take a drive for a while and stop somewhere to have lunch.After that,I headed for home.
On the way home,I stopped at a friend's house to see how they were doing.After a few minutes,I headed straight.
When I got home,I relaxed and took it easy for a while.
After eating,I watched the evening news for a while and I also went to the public library to do some personal PC work.Overall,a pretty fair day.
I am still feeling depression.I have been feeling this way for over the past year.I have been doing everything in my power to help alleviate the symptoms but I am still not feeling right.I have been taking my meds.I have been working and socializing when I can but I am still depressed.I hope that I can get out of this rut soon.
As for tomorrow,I have made no plans.But whatever I do,I hope that it gives me positive benefits.
That was my day today and my hopes for the day ahead.FJ
