Tonight,I am still feeling down.I had a pretty fair day today.
Today,I woke up in the late morning and had a quick breakfast.I also had 2 cups of coffee.After that,I proceeded to get on with my day.
I first went to the public library to do some personal PC work and after that,I went and did some shopping at a local Dollar Tree store.After paying for the stuff that I picked up,I had lunch and headed straight home.
When I got home,I relaxed and took it easy for a while.
After eating,I watched the evening news for a while and I did some more personal PC work.Overall,a pretty fair day.
I am still feeling depression.I have been feeling this way for over the past year.I have been doing everything in my power to help alleviate the symptoms but I am still not feeling right.I have been taking my meds.I have been doing everything that I can to keep busy but I am still depressed.I hope that I can get out of this funk soon.
As for tomorrow,I have made no plans.But whatever I do,I hope that it gives me positive benefits.
That was my day today and my hopes for the day ahead.FJ
