Tonight,I am still feeling a little bit better.I had a good day today.
Today,I woke up in the late morning and had a quick breakfast.I also had 2 cups of coffee.After that,I proceeded to get on with my day.
Today,we were hit with a winter storm where the warning will expire at 5pm this evening.As a result,I had to shovel the sidewalk leading to the mailbox for the mailman.After that,I went to a local supermarket to pick up a few things for tomorrow's dinner.After paying for those items,I headed over to a local record store to pick up a few things that they were holding for me.After that,I headed straight home.
When I got home,I shoveled the walk again and after getting back into the house,I relaxed and took it easy for a while.
After eating,I watched the evening news for a while and I also did some personal PC work.Overall,a pretty good day.
Though I am feeling better,I am still battling depression and I am dealing with it one day at a time.I am still taking my medication as directed.
As for the weekend,I have made no plans.But whatever I do,I hope that it gives me positive benefits.
That was my day today and my hopes for the day ahead.FJ
