Tonight,I am continuing to feel better.I had a pretty good day today.
Today,I woke up in the early morning and had a quick breakfast.I also had 2 cups of coffee.After I read while relaxing and listening to the radio,I took a bath and cleaned up.
After my bath,I got dressed,had a quick lunch and after doing my personal PC work,I headed out to proceed with the rest of the day.
I decided to venture out to a Salvation Army Thrift Store in another area of Western New York.It took me a while to get there and when I got there,I looked around and really didn't see much that I was looking for.After I left there,I went to a small store in the area to buy something that my mom wanted me to get for her before heading straight home.
When I got home,I gave my mom what I got for her and I relaxed for a while.I also watched some TV while doing so.
After eating,I watched the evening news for a while and I also did some more personal PC work.Overall,a pretty good day.
Though I am feeling better and continue to do so,I am still dealing with the symptoms of depression.I have been dealing with them on a ine day at a time basis.I am still attending my therapy sessions.I am also taking my medication as directed.I am hoping to continue feeling better in the days ahead.
As for the holiday weekend,I have made no plans.But whatever I do,I hope that it gives me positive benefits.
That was my day today and my hopes for the day ahead.FJ
