Tonight,my recovery continues to go well.I had a pretty good day today.
Today,I woke up in the early morning and had a quick breakfast.I also had 2 cups of coffee.After that,I watched a little TV,had some computer problems with Internet Explorer 8 and as a result,I couldn't do any work.I bathed to clean myself up and got dressed.I proceeded to get on with the rest of my day.
After a quick lunch,I helped make my mom's breakfast and made sure that she had everything that she needed.After that,I headed out to do what I had to do.
I headed over to the public library to do my personal PC work and I finally got it done.After I was done with that,I headed over to a Best Buy store in the next county to see how much they would charge to see what could be worng with my computer and how I can get about fixing it.After getting an estimate there,I headed over to the local Office Max to get a second estimate on how much it would cost.After getting an estimate there,I headed straight home and that is where I stayed for the rest of the day.
When I got home,I relaxed and watched some TV for a while.
After eating,I watched the evening news for a while and since I couldn't do any work on my computer due to the issues,I simply relaxed and took it easy for a while and watched a little bit more TV.Overall,a pretty good day.
Though my recovery continues to be positive,I am still dealing and struggling with the symptoms of depression.I am dealing with them on a one day at a time basis.I am still attending my therapy sessions.I am also taking my medication as directed.I am hoping that my recovery continues to be positive in the days and months ahead.
Tomorrow,I have to take my mom to an eye doctor's office in the next county.After that,I have no other plans.But I hope that whatever I choose to do gives me positive benefits.
That was my day today and my hopes for the day ahead.FJ
