Tonight,my road to recovery continues and it also continues to be positive.I had a pretty good day today.
Today,I woke up in the early morning and had a quick breakfast.I also had 2 cups of coffee.After that,I watched TV,did my personal PC work and despite some browser issues and all the e-mails that I had,which were a lot,I managed to get it done,but it was later than I anticipated for it.I then bathed to clean myself up and got dressed.I proceeded to get on with the rest of my day.
After having a quick lunch,I headed over to the public library to do some personal PC work that I couldn't do at home.After that,I headed for home and didn't stop anywhere until I got back to my hometown.
On the way home,I stopped to see a friend to see how he was doing.After a few minutes with him,I headed straight home and that is where I stayed for the rest of my day.
When I got home,I relaxed for a while and also watched some TV while doing so.
After eating,I watched the evening news for a while and I also did some more personal PC work.Overall,a pretty good day.
Though my recovery continues on a positive track,I am still dealing with the symptoms of depression.I am dealing with them on a one day at a time basis.I am still attending my therapy sessions.I am also taking my medication as directed.I am hoping that my recovery continues to be positive in the days and months ahead.
As for tomorrow,I have made no plans.But whatever I do,I hope that it gives me positive benefits.
That was my day today and my hopes for the day ahead.FJ
