Tonight,my road to recovery is still on the positive side.I had a pretty good day today.
Today,I woke up in the early morning and settled into my normal morning routine.I had a quick breakfast and my usual 2 cups of coffee.After that,I watched a little bit of TV,did my personal PC work and managed to finish it despite some issues with the browser,which were pretty stressful.I bathed to clean myself up and I got dressed.I proceeded to get on with the rest of my day as I had only a few things planned.
I first went to check up on a friend to see if he was okay.I haven't spoken with this one in a long time and wanted to see how he was.After that,I headed over to the public library to do some more personal PC work that I couldn't do at home.After that was done,I was hoping to head over to a nearby Salvation Army thrift store to look around,but spent too much time at the library and the store closed when I was finally done.After that,I headed over to a nearby Dollar Tree store to pick up a few things.After paying for those,I headed straight home and that is where I stayed for the rest of the day as I had nothing else to do.
When I got home,I relaxed and took it easy for a while.I also watched some TV while doing so.
After eating,I watched the evening news for a while and I also did some more personal PC work.Overall,a pretty good day.
Though my recovery continues positively,I am still dealing with depression and its symptoms.I am dealing with them on a one day at a time basis.I am still attending my therapy sessions.I am also taking my medication as directed.I am hoping to continue feeling better in the day and months ahead.
As for tomorrow,I have made no plans.But whatever I do,I hope that it gives me positive benefits.
That was my day today and my hopes for the day ahead.FJ
