Tonight,my road to recovery continues on a positive note.I had a pretty good day today.
Today,I woke up in the early morning and bathed.I had a lot planned and I wanted to get everything done.After my bath,I had my usual quick breakfast and my usual 2 cups of coffee.After breakfast,I did my personal PC work and got dressed.I proceeded to get on with the rest of my day.
I had a lot planned.I first went to the bank to pay a bill and after that,I headed over to the local Sears to pay another bill.After that,I headed over to a hair place to get my hair cut and after that was done,I headed over to a local used record store to pick up a few albums that were being held for me.After paying for them,I headed straight home and that is where I stayed for the rest of the day as I had nothing else to do nor anyplace else to go.
When I got home,I relaxed and took it easy for a while.I also watched some TV while doing so.
After eating,I watched the evening news for a while and I also did some more personal PC work.Overall,a pretty good day.
Though my recovery continues positively,I am still dealing and struggling with the symptoms of depression.I am dealing with them on a one day at a time basis.I am still attending my therapy sessions.I am also taking my medication as directed.I am hoping to continue feeling better in the days and months ahead.
Tomorrow,I have a Men's Network group that I will be attending in teh morning.As for the rest of the day,I have no other plans.But whatever I do,I hope that it gives me positive benefits.
That was my day today and my hopes for the day ahead.FJ
