Tonight,my rocky road to recovery continues onward.I had a very good and busy day today.
Today,I woke up in the early morning and I had my usual 2 cups of coffee.After my coffee,I washed up quickly and when I was finished,I had my usual quick breakfast.After breakfast,I got dressed and I went to work.
The work day went well.After I left,I headed over to my therapist's office after cashing my paycheck at the bank while on the way.
The therapist's session went well.After that,I went to a nearby Subway and had a light lunch when I ordered a submarine sandwich.After that,I headed straight home.
When I got home,I got out of my clothes and I relaxed.After relaxing for a while,I ran an errand for my neighbor.After that,I went to a local pizzeria to have myself a small personal pizza.I took it home and I ate it.After that,I did my personal PC work.Later on,as it was getting late,I started to prepare for my evening retirement.Overall,a very good and busy day.I also managed to get some recommended Holy Bible reading done as well.
Today,I wasn't tempted in any way,shape or form.I stayed busy with my job and my visit with my therapist.It was a very good day.I still need the help and support of all of you.Please continue to pray for me.Please continue to leave me some positive verbal support in the comments section.I still need the help and support of all of you daily and often.Thanks for your continued support.Thanks also to both my Heavenly Father and his son Jesus Christ.
As for the weekend,with the exception of church as usual,I have nothing planned.But I hope that whatever I choose to do gives me positive benefits.
