Tonight,my rocky road to recovery continues moving forward.I had a very good day today.
Today,I woke up in the mid morning and I had my usual 2 cups of coffee.After my coffee,I washed up real quickly and had my usual quick breakfast after that.After my breakfast,I got dressed and I headed out to help a friend out.
I took this friend of mine to a doctor's appointment.I waited for her to come out in the waiting room and when she did,we went to a nearby drug store to drop off her prescriptions to get filled.After that,we went back to her place for some lunch and when she said that she wanted to get some sleep.I left and headed for home.
On the way home,I stopped at a nearby bargain supermarket to pick up a few things.After that,I headed straight home.
When I got home,I changed back into pajamas and I did my personal PC work.Later on,I heated up my evening meal and after eating,I watched a little TV and I did some more personal PC work.Later on,I started to prepare for my evening retirement.Overall,a very good day.I also managed to get some recommended Holy Bible reading done as well.

As for tomorrow,with the exception of helping out my friend again by getting her to her appointment and getting my car inspected,I have made no plans.But I hope that whatever I choose to do gives me positive benefits.
