Tonight,my rocky road to recovery continues moving forward.I had a pretty good day today.
Today,I woke up in the mid morning and I had my usual 2 cups of coffee.After my coffee,I washed up real quickly and after that,I had my usual quick breakfast.After breakfast,I did some personal PC work and I got dressed afterwards to get on with the day.
I first went to my therapist's office,which went well.After that,I had lunch at a nearby restaurant.After that,I went to the bank to withdraw a little money.After that,I headed straight home.
When I got home,I did some more personal PC work and when it was early evening,I went back out to the local Super Wal-Mart to pick up something for dinner.After that,I headed straight home.
When I got home,I heated up my evening meal and after eating,I watched a little TV and did some more personal PC work.Later on,as it was getting late,I started to prepare for my evening retirement.Overall,a pretty good day.I also managed to get some recommended Holy Bible reading done as well.
As for tomorrow,with the exception of my usual Wednesday morning group,I have no plans.But I hope that whatever I choose to do gives me positive benefits.
That was my day today and my hopes and plans for the day ahead.FJ
