Tonight,my rocky road to recovery continues moving forward.I had a pretty good day today.
Today,I woke up in the mid morning and I had my usual 2 cups of coffee. After my coffee,I washed my hair and shaved.I had my usual quick breakfast after that. After breakfast,I got dressed and I headed for my therapist's office, only to get there and find out that he wasn't in the office due to illness and I didn't get any phone calls to let me know of this.I simply got a new appointment with him and after that,I headed towards a nearby business and bought a few used record albums. After that,I went to a nearby supermarket to pick up a few things. After that,I headed for home.
On the way home,I stopped at a local supermarket when I got back into town and I picked up a few more things. Most of these things were for my next door neighbor. After that,I headed straight home.
When I got home,I dropped off what I bought for my next door neighbor and after that,I headed into my house after taking out the things that I bought for myself out of my car.
When I got into the house,I fixed myself a light lunch. After that,I did my personal PC work.
Later on,I started to prepare my evening meal and after eating,I watched a little TV and I did some more personal PC work.Later on,I prepared for my evening retirement.Overall,a pretty good day.I also managed to get some recommended Holy Bible reading done as well.
Last night,I slept a little bit better than the night before, but I still had some difficulties, but not as bad as the night before.I managed to wake up in the mid morning rather than the early afternoon.I am hoping that my sleep will improve tonight.
Please continue to pray for me.Please continue to leave me some positive verbal support in the comments section. Thanks to all of you for your support. Thanks also to both my Heavenly Father and his son Jesus Christ.
As for the upcoming weekend, with the exception of church as usual,I have made no plans. But I hope that whatever I choose to do gives me positive benefits.
That was my day today and my hopes and plans for the upcoming weekend ahead.FJ
