Tonight,my rocky road to recovery continues moving forward.I had a pretty good day today.
Today,I woke up in the early morning and I had my usual 2 cups of coffee. After my coffee,I washed my hair quickly and I had my usual quick breakfast after that. After breakfast,I got dressed in casual clothes and I headed out to help that same friend that I helped out yesterday.
I took them to their normal doctor's office and after a few minutes there,I dropped them off at their place. After that,I decided to go have a light lunch at a local kitchen and after that,I went to a local convenience store to pick up something. After that,I headed over to a local bargain supermarket and I pick up a few things that I needed. After that,I headed over to the local Super Wal-Mart to pick up a few more things. After that,I headed straight home.
When I got home,I shoveled the sidewalk for the mail people and I also shoveled my neighbor's sidewalk. After that was done,I put the stuff that I bought away in their proper places.I quickly did my personal PC work after that. When that was finished,I laid down and listened to music while relaxing.Later on,I prepared my evening meal.
After eating,I watched a little bit of TV and I quickly did some more personal PC work.Later on,I prepared for my evening retirement.Overall,a pretty good day.I also managed to get some recommended Holy Bible reading done as well.
Please continue in prayers for me.Please continue to leave me some positive verbal support. Thanks in advance for your continued support. Thanks also to both my Heavenly Father and his son Jesus Christ.
As for tomorrow, with the exception of my usual Wednesday morning group,I have made no plans. But I hope that whatever I choose to do gives me positive benefits.
That was my day today and my hopes and plans for the day ahead.FJ

Hi FJ,
Sounds like we both spent time yesterday shovelling someones walkway/driveway. Three of us guys went over to a friends place and chipped away at about 3 inches of packed snow on his driveway. He is unable to do work like that so were decided after coffee at McD's to head over there. Feels good to help someone, EH!
Like your post, you are sounding more positive. Praying for you. Keep your eyes on Father God and his great love. We are blessed to be children of the King! Take good care.

I had to shovel yesterday mainly for the US mail people. Most postal workers who deliver mail won't deliver mail if somebody's walkway to their mailbox isn't shoveled, even if it is a small amount. I shoveled my neighbor's walk because she is getting up there in years age wise and she also has done some nice things for me. I even took her recycling tote out last night after I took mine out. I also returned them today as a result of the city picking up the recyclables that were in both totes.
I am trying to stay positive, though it isn't easy when one has Bipolar Disorder like I have as a spell of the blues can hit when least expected. I also have Schizophrenia as well, which makes it even more difficult.
Thanks for the prayers and for staying in touch. I really appreciate both of these things. Thanks again.
