Tonight,my rocky road to recovery continues moving forward.I had a pretty fair day today.
Today,I woke up in the mid morning and I had my usual 2 cups of coffee.After my coffee,I washed up real quickly and I had my usual quick breakfast after that.When I finished breakfast,I got dressed in casual clothes and I headed for the local hospital's emergency ward to get my left arm checked out as it was in pain for a while.
The diagnosis was that I have a spur in my left elbow.They simply advised me to get an elbow brace,use an ice pack for extreme pain and to take ibuprofen.After leaving the hospital,I headed for home.
On the way home,I stopped at the local mall and had a couple slices of pizza as a late lunch and after finishing,I headed straight home.
When I got home,I changed into a sweatsuit and reduced the amount of e-mails that I had in my inbox.After that,I changed back into casual clothes to pick up a take-out dinner.
When I got home,I changed back into a sweatsuit and ate my dinner while watching a little TV.After that,I finished my personal PC work.Later on,as it was getting late,I decided to prepare for my evening retirement.Overall,a pretty fair day.I also managed to get some recommended Holy Bible reading done as well.

As for tomorrow,with the exception of my usual Wednesday morning group,I have no plans.But I hope that whatever I choose to do gives me positive benefits.
