Tonight,my rocky road to recovery continues moving forward.I had a very good day today.
Today,I woke up in the mid morning and I had my usual 2 cups of coffee.After my coffee,I washed up real quickly and I had my usual quick breakfast afterwards.After breakfast,I quickly did my personal PC work and when I was finished,I watched some TV and when that was done,I got dressed to proceed with the rest of the day.
I went to my therapist's office today.Unbeknown to me until I had my session with him,this was to be my last session with him as he was retiring and that a new therapist would be taking over.He also advised me to check next week to see of the new therapist will be instilled in his place.
The last session with him was wonderful.After it was over,I headed over to a nearby Subway for a late lunch.After that,I headed straight home.
When I got home,I changed back into my pajama pants and I did some more personal PC work.After that,I heated up my evening meal.
After eating,I watched a little bit more TV and I did some more personal PC work.Later on,as it was getting late,I started to prepare for my evening retirement.Overall,a very good day.I also managed to get some recommended Holy Bible reading done as well.

As for tomorrow,I have made no plans.But I hope that whatever I choose to do gives me positive benefits.
