Tonight,my rocky road to recovery continues moving forward.I had a pretty good day today.
Today,I woke up in the mid morning and I had my usual 2 cups of coffee.After my coffee,I showered real quickly and shaved.I also had my usual quick breakfast afterwards.After breakfast,I quickly did my personal PC work.After that was done,I watched a little TV.After that,I got dressed and I headed for my psychiatrist's office.
The session went well.After it was over,I had a light lunch at a nearby restaurant and I also picked up my paycheck.After that,I headed straight home.
When I got home,I relaxed for a while and I did some more personal PC work.Later on,I headed over to a local church for a free dinner and after I ate a wonderful meal there,I got seconds and I headed for work.
The work night went well.After it was over,I headed straight home.
When I got home,I changed into pajamas and watched a little TV.When I was getting really sleepy,I retired for the evening.Overall,a pretty good day.I also managed to get some recommended Holy Bible reading done as well.

Tomorrow,I have the holiday off and I am hoping to get around to doing some more much needed cleaning up around my house.I am also hoping to do other things that I need to do.
That was my day today and my hopes and plans for the upcoming holiday weekend ahead.FJ
