Tonight,my rocky road to recovery continues moving forward.

Today,I woke up in the early morning and I had my usual coffee.After my coffee,I washed up real quickly and got dressed.I headed for work.

The work day went well.After it was over,I headed straight home.

When I got home,I relaxed and did some of my personal PC work.After that,I went out to get something to eat and I ate it at the restaurant.After that,I headed straight home.

When I got home,I changed into pajamas and finished my personal PC work.After that,I relaxed and watched a couple of videos online.Later on,as it was getting late,I prepared for my evening retirement.A very good day overall.

Please continue praying for me as I'm still struggling with the terrible problem that I have of uttering angry,hateful and hurtful things under my breath,which I want to stop.I also would appreciate some helpful advice on how I can stop this problem.Thanks to all of you for your support.Thanks also to both my Heavenly Father and his son Jesus Christ.

Tomorrow is a work day.I hope that it goes well for me.FJ
