Tonight,my rocky road to recovery continues moving forward.

Today,I woke up in the early morning and had coffee.After my coffee,I washed up real quick and got dressed.I headed for work.

The work day was very tough and difficult today.After it was over,I went and did some shopping,paid a bill and even dropped off a few things and picked up something from the storage unit.I then headed straight home.

When I got home,I helped get some stuff to the curb for garbage day and even helped with a few other things.I then had a light evening meal and I did my personal PC work.I then prepared to retire for the evening.A very stressful and difficult day overall.

Please continue praying for me as I'm still struggling with this terrible habit of saying angry,hateful and hurtful things under my breath.I want to stop,but don't know how.I also need some helpful advice,which can be shared within the comments section.Thanks to all of you and Thanks also to both my Heavenly Father and his son Jesus Christ.

Tomorrow is a work day and I hope that the day goes better than today.FJ
