Tonight,my rocky road to recovery continues moving forward.

Today,I woke up in the early morning and had my usual coffee.After my coffee,I washed up real quickly and got dressed in dress clothes.I headed for church for both the morning's Holy Bible study class and the worship service afterwards.

Both the class and the worship service were wonderful.After some wonderful fellowship,I headed to a local bargain supermarket to pick up a few things.I headed straight home after that.

When I got home,I got out of my dress clothes and I relaxed.I did my personal PC work.After that,I watched a little TV and did a little bit of cleaning by vacuuming and wiping down the bathroom.I then did more personal PC work.I then headed back out to get something to eat.

When I got back home,I immediately heated up my dinner and ate it.I also did some more personal PC work.I then later prepared for my evening retirement.A wonderful and eventful day overall.

Please continue praying for me.I'm still struggling the terrible problem of mumbling/uttering angry,hateful and hurtful things to myself under my breath,alongside the SSA struggles that I have.I also would appreciate some helpful advice within the comments section.Thanks for your support.Thanks also to both my Heavenly Father and his son Jesus Christ.

Tomorrow is the start of the new work week.I hope that the day goes well.FJ
