Tonight,my rocky road to recovery continues moving forward.

Today,I woke up in the early to mid morning and had my usual coffee.After that,I washed up real quickly and got dressed.I headed for ,y doctor's office for a follow-up from last week.

The follow-up session went well.After it was over,I headed for the local Denny's for a late breakfast/lunch as I was hungry.After eating a wonderful meal there,I headed to withdraw some money from the bank and after purchasing a drink,I headed straight home.

When I got home,I relaxed and did my personal PC work.I later on picked up a prescription at the drug store and also did a little bit of shopping.After that,I stopped at the local KFC and picked up a take-out dinner.I then went to a local 7-11 to buy a few things and headed straight home.

When I got home,I ate my take-out meal and did a little bit more personal PC work.After a while,I showered quickly and prepared for my evening retirement.A very good day overall.

Tomorrow is the start of the weekend.I have no plans as of yet,I hope that whatever I choose to do gives me positive benefits.FJ
