Tonight,my rocky road to recovery continues moving forward.

Today,I woke up in the early to mid morning and had my usual coffee.After my coffee,I showered quickly and had a light breakfast.After that,I did my personal PC work and when that was done,I got dressed and headed out to my therapist's office.

However,when I got there,the therapist had to cancel due to a family emergency.I did get to see the psychiatrist and scheduled an appoint for two weeks with my regular therapist.I then left the office and stopped at a couple of thrift stores just to look around and then,I headed straight home.

When I got home,I did a little bit of checking online before heading back out to a local church for a free dinner and then,I headed for the public library to do some scanning of a few items to share in one of my Facebook groups.After that,I headed to a local supermarket to buy a couple of needed things.I then headed straight home.

When I got home,I relaxed and did some more personal PC work.After that,I prepared for my evening retirement.A very good day,though a little disappointing,day overall.

Please continue keeping me in your prayers.I'm still struggling with the same emotional issues and I need all the prayerful support that I can get.I also need some much needed positive verbal support,alongside some very helpful advice,within the comments section.Thanks to all of you for your support.Thanks also to both my Heavenly Father and his son Jesus Christ.

Tomorrow is back to work day.I hope that the day goes well.After that,it's a long three day weekend.FJ
