Tonight,my rocky road to recovery continues moving forward.

Today,I woke up in the early morning and had my usual coffee.After my coffee,I did some work around the house and I did my personal PC work.I then shaved and later on,I showered quickly and got dressed.

I went to visit with a friend who I haven't spoken to in a long time and the visit was wonderful.After a few hours,I headed straight home.

When I got home,I changed into pajamas and I did some more personal PC work.I also watched a few videos online.Later on,as it was getting late,I prepared for my evening retirement.A very good day overall.

Please continue praying for me as I'm still struggling with anger and rage issues.I also would appreciate some positive verbal support,alongside some helpful advice,within the comments section.Thanks to all of you for your support.Thanks also to both my Heavenly Father and his son Jesus Christ.

Tomorrow is back to work day.I hope that the day goes well for me.FJ
