Tonight,my rocky road to recovery continues moving forward.

Today,I woke up in the late morning/early afternoon and had my usual coffee.After my coffee,I shoveled some snow outside and helped my sister out with some work within the house.

Later on,as we were finishing,we did a little bit of moving here and there and after that,we both relaxed and had a light evening meal.

I also did my personal PC work.Later on,as it was getting late,I prepared to retire for the evening.A very good day overall.

Please continue praying for me as I'm still struggling with anger and rage issues.I also would appreciate some positive verbal support,alongside some helpful advice,within the comments section.Thanks to all of you for your continued support.Thanks also to both my Heavenly Father and his son Jesus Christ.

Tomorrow is church as usual.I hope that the day goes well for me.I also have some work that needs to be done within the house.FJ
