Tonight,my rocky road to recovery continues moving forward.

Today,I woke up in the early to mid morning and had my usual coffee.After my coffee,I quickly did my personal PC work.After that was done,I showered quickly and got dressed.I headed to meet a friend for lunch and to spend time with him in his apartment.

The lunch and visit with my friend was wonderful.After I left his place,I stopped at a nearby Salvation Army thrift store to pick up a few things that I needed.After that,I made a stop at local 7-11 to pick up a few more things and I headed straight home.

When I got home,I did some vacuuming in the house and after that,I had a light evening meal.I also did some more personal PC work and watched a few videos online.I did some more personal PC work and later on,as it was getting late,I prepared for my evening retirement.A very good day overall.

Please continue praying for me as I'm still struggling with anger and rage issues.I also would appreciate some positive verbal support,alongside some helpful advice,within the comments section.Thanks to all of you for your support.Thanks also to both my Heavenly Father and his son Jesus Christ.

Tomorrow is church as usual.I hope that the day goes well for me.FJ
