Tonight,my rocky road to recovery continues moving forward.

Today,I woke up in the early morning and had my usual coffee.After my coffee,I washed up real quickly and got dressed.I headed for work.

The work day went pretty good despite some setbacks.After it was over,I stopped at a local 7-11 to pick up something and then I headed straight home.

When I got home,I relaxed and did my personal PC work.I then showered quickly and after my shower,I had my evening meal.

After eating,I did some more personal PC work and later on,as it was getting late,I prepared for my evening retirement.A pretty good day overall.

Please continue praying for me as I'm still struggling with anger and rage issues.I also would appreciate some positive verbal support,alongside some helpful advice,within the comments section.Thanks yo all of you for your support.Thanks also to both my Heavenly Father and his son Jesus Christ.

The weather for the last few days has been bitterly COLD.We're supposed to get a break this weekend and I hope that this doesn't change.

Tomorrow is another work day.I hope that the day goes well.FJ
