Tonight,my rocky road to recovery continues moving forward.

Today,I woke up in the early to mid morning and had my usual coffee.After my coffee,I did my personal PC work.I then washed up real quickly and got dressed.I ran a few errands that needed to be run as I went to buy a few things.I then headed straight home.

When I got home,I vacuumed a few rugs,alongside wiping down and cleaning the bathroom.I also called a friend and talked with him for a while.After that,I took a drive and went to an AMVETS thrift store in the next county and bought a few still sealed CD-R discs.I then headed for home.

On the way home,when I was back in my hometown,I stopped at a local Dollar General store to pick up some cooking spray.I then headed straight home.

When I got home,I heated up my evening meal while also doing some more personal PC work.After that,I ate my evening meal and watched a few videos online.I then did some more personal PC work.Later on,as it was getting late,I prepared to retire for the evening.A very good day overall.

Please continue praying for me as I'm still struggling with the same anger and rage issues.I also would appreciate some positive verbal support,alongside some helpful advice,within the comments section.Thanks to all of you for your continued support.Thanks also to both my Heavenly Father and his son Jesus Christ.
