Tonight,I am feeling okay.I had a pretty smooth work day today.I had four big loads of laundry to pick up today and that was really something. The minute that I arrived at the work site and started,I simply took it easy while I waited for the loads of laundry to get done. The hours went by pretty fast and I got a lot done in the time that I worked. After the shift was over,I dropped off the clean laundry and went home after making a couple of stops along the way.
I am now at home taking it easy.I went out for only a brief walk after dinner and I stayed close to home due to the storm warnings that we have for the area that we live in.Right now,it is windy with winds going very high and hard.We are supposed to get some thunderstorms tonight while we are sleeping and the rain is supposed to be coming down hard and fast.It is supposed to carry on until tomorrow.I have to do a pick up tomorrow morning and I am hoping that the weather will not be that bad.I also have a support group meeting tomorrow night at the church and I am hoping that the rain stops when I have to go.I would hate to get caught in the rain.I know that I drive down to the meetings every Wednesday night but I still do not like getting caught in a rainstorm.Again,I am hoping that the rain stops before I go to the meeting tomorrow night.
Last night,I had a hard time getting to sleep. The emotional state that I was in made it difficult for me to close my eyes amd try to sleep.I also felt a little at edge and because of that,I wound up masturbating when images of naked men were flooding my mind.I felt really bad afterwards when that happened. But after asking the creator for forgiveness,I felt a little bit better.I went to sleep though I still had some difficulty in getting to sleep.I am hoping that tonight I will be able to sleep better.
Again,as stated above, tomorrow is a pick-up day and I have my support group meeting tomorrow night at the church.I am hoping that the meeting goes well.
That was my day today and my hoped for day tomorrow.FJ
