Tonight,I am feeling pretty good.I had a pretty smooth work day today.The best thing about it is that I did not have to pick up after anybody.It was all bagged and ready.I simply packed them into my car and away I went to the worksite.
When I arrived there,I sorted everything out and started two loads immediately.Afterwards,I went over to the social club next door to socialize a little.They were showing a move entitled Pearl,which was based on the attack on Pearl Harbor by the Japanese in 1941 during WWII.I did not watch the whole movie but parts of it.I still had to concentrate on my job,which I did.After lunch,I went back down into the basement to finish my job.After that,I bagged some clean laundry and dropped it off at the center.I also had to do a couple of things for my mom before coming home.
When I got home,I simply relaxed a bit and I also got a couple of packages that I was expecting to come.The first was a 6 record album of Frank Sinatra songs and a book called the Big Blue Marble atlas,which was inspired by the TV show of the same name that I used to watch when I was a kid.Overall,a pretty good day.
I even had a talk with a friend of mine today and he and his wife are doing great with the exception of a tragedy that had happened in his family.He lost a close nephew of his at a very young age.He was not in an upbeat mood because of this and he really did not want to talk too much.Aside from that,they are both in good health and they are doing good.I am glad about that but at the same time,I was sad that he lost his nephew.I hate ity when people die too young.
Tomorrow is simply a pick-up day.I also have an appointment with my sexual abuse support counselor and I have my weekly support group meeting at the church.I am hoping that both go well.
That was my day today and my hoped for day tomorrow.FJ
