Tonight,I am feeling a little bit better but still feeling at least a moderate pain in my right foot.I had a pretty good day today.The work day went by smoothly and I also had some pretty good conversations with some of the people during the lunch period.Overall,a pretty good day.
I am still feeling pain in my right foot and leg.Right now,the pain is moiderate.It is slowly dying down.We are supposed to have warmer weather coming at the end of the week and I am hoping so because this excruciating pain that I am feeling,though it is slowly dying down,will go away when it does get warmer.The pain is becoming practically unbearable.I cam walking a litle bit better but I am still walking with a limp.Again,I am hoping that the warmer weather comes soon so the pain in my right foot and leg goes away.Though I do have a heel spur,I rarely feel pain most of the time and the only time that I really get it is when it gets really COLD and freezing.I am also still going to get arch supports for my feet so my feet will be properly aligned and I won't feel much pain anymore and if I can feel no pian,that will be even better.Again,I am looking forward to getting those supports.I also have to get a new pair of sneakers and a new pair of shoes that fit better so they will help the arch supports work better.I will be getting them,hopefully,next month.
I went to my support group meeting at the church tonight and it went wonderfully well.It was wonderful to get an awful lot more off of mu mind and to share what was going on with me over the last couple of weeks.It was wonderful to be with them again after having to miss last week.I am hoping that I will not have to miss any more meetings.
Tomorrow is simply a pick-up day.I am hoping that the pick up goes well enough.I also have a meeting with my sexual abuse support counselor tomorrow afternoon.I am hoping that the session with her goes well.
That was my day today and my hopes for the day ahead.FJ
